Ulasan Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh

The page claims that there is a river view, but all we could see was an abandoned old building and someone’s balcony. The price was not reasonable and the swimming pool was turbid.

Our stay at Bay Hotel is comfortable. The room is clean and tidy while the air conitioner works well so that we had a nice sleep at night. On top of that, the breakfast is wonderful with a variety of food on the table. The swimming pool on the top floor is rather small. A lot of restaurants nearby but the location is around 15-minute walk from the centre of the city.

The location of the hotel was close to where i wanna go, so its a plus, although the music and lots of ppl on the street walking by, but its doesnt get to the room, very good sleep… buffet area is kina small, not really comfortable when alot of ppl heading to get buffet at once… food not that hot…. Services not great, staff is jus ok. Its worth a try… definitely thinking of going back here to stay more…

Hotel was alright, location not too far from the main spots but walking in the heat was often not an option, easy to get a Grab though. Breakfast was fine, comfy beds, rooms a little small, cleaning staffs were nice.

Room is clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast menu is ok. However, hotel location is abit off from the main district.

i had the room in 3rd floor which is the restroom was so bad, couldn't even have a hanger, the door keep open it and it's so small, uncovinience and it doesn't worth the price. . Also outside room is quite noisy. i dont like it. Wont come back again

Deluxe suite with view was booked however far from it. Room 506 is staring straight into the dirty air-conditioning units so it should not be a deluxe suite rather more a discount suite. Location is busy but you can walk around pretty easy.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had here. I highly recommend Bay Hotel for anyone visiting at Ho Chi minh Vietnam.

Location is very good. There are free beer and juice in refrigerator.

Location is good, in the middle of all sightseeing spots. Breakfast is ok. Staff is relatively nice, but there was an incident at the hotel: a man and woman were having a fight and shouting at each other in the middle of the night, staff only reacted after several calls to the reception. So you can judge about the level of guests. Also, after cleaning our room, housekeeper left wet dirty wipe next to our sink in the bathroom. In general, it's ok for one night maximum.

Very convenient hotel, close to the local hotspots, very friendly personnel and good breakfast. At lower floor the noise from the nearby traffic is a bit too loud, but fortunately the hotel gave us another room directly at the 15th floor, which was much better. Nice rooftop swimming pool, I'd go back to this place for sure.

We requested for the just an hour extra late check-out but we were not offered such thing. We arrived 4am for check-in but couldn't get a check-out at 2pm, which doesn't seem fair. The reception ladies during the day are not friendly at all. Generally, the service is very low quality and not close to 4-5 star hotels. The location is also not very good. It is better to be the other side of district 1.
