Ulasan Swiss Grand Hotel Seoul

Hotel klasik yang sangat nyaman. Area umum sangat berkesan klasik. Lokasinya di atas Seodaemun, jadi harus menanjak, biasanya naik taksi. Tapi bus di sekitar sini juga cukup nyaman.

Hotel itu terletak di lereng yang sangat, sangat tinggi. Jika Anda turun dari bus bandara dan menyeret barang bawaan Anda ke hotel, Anda harus mendorongnya sendiri ke atas lereng yang sangat tinggi sekitar 100 meter. Karena kemiringannya yang sangat tinggi, maka dibutuhkan kebugaran fisik yang sangat tinggi... Dan pada hari kedua saya menginap, saya menginjak batu bata dengan perbedaan ketinggian sekitar 20 cm di jalan menurun, yang mengakibatkan ligamen talofibular anterior kanan saya robek total. Saya harus menerima perawatan medis darurat di luar negeri dan menunda semua rencana saya selanjutnya...

Karena itu adalah hotel tua, ukurannya pasti sangat besar dan memiliki dua beranda, satu di depan dan satu di belakang. Tempat tidurnya cukup besar untuk tiga orang tidur dalam satu kamar, dan tiga orang lainnya masing-masing memiliki kamar sendiri. Lingkungannya tenang dan ada gunung di belakangnya, itu bagus. Namun, peralatan makannya terasa tua, jadi saya sarankan untuk membawa peralatan makan sekali pakai!

Letaknya di daerah yang tenang, jadi relatif tenang. Meskipun fasilitasnya agak tua, stafnya ramah dan terasa terawat bersih.

Hotelnya memang agak tua, tapi lokasinya sangat bagus, di sebelah rumah klien, dan ada juga tempat untuk jalan-jalan. Harganya sebenarnya tidak murah, lebih dari 1200 yuan tanpa sarapan, yang menjadi masalah. Rasio harga/kinerja sangat rendah.

Penginapannya sangat menyenangkan, kecuali lokasinya yang agak mengecewakan. Karena dulunya hotel bintang 5, tempat tidur dan kamarnya bagus, dan fasilitasnya tidak merepotkan. Nilai yang baik untuk uang. Lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun kereta bawah tanah, jadi akan berhasil.

Stafnya sangat ramah. Namun, jika Anda ingin menginap di sini, saya sarankan Anda tahu cara naik bus atau taksi. Perlu diketahui bahwa ada jalur bus bandara 6005 di depan hotel.

Not a bad hotel. The most convenient thing about it is the 24-hour CU (convenience store), whose staff are always friendly and polite. Now I have to mention the downsides, which, to be honest, I wasn’t prepared for at all. The first and main drawback is that I was supposed to get an Executive class room. However, instead, I stayed in a Deluxe class room. Let me clarify right away: I had previously stayed at the Swiss Grand Hotel under the Play&Stay package, which means I didn’t know what room category I would be given until the very end. To make things easier for me and avoid having to check out and check back in, they gave me one standard room for the entire stay. You can imagine my surprise when I found out that my new friend, who also checked in under Play&Stay for the same dates as me, was given an Executive class room – even though she checked in later. So basically, I could have been staying in better conditions. When I received my voucher from Trip.com and saw that it listed a room like my friend’s – nothing like what I actually got – I went to the front desk. The administrator just smiled and shrugged. All he said was, 'You agreed to stay in that room.' Yes, I agreed, but no one told me about any alternatives at check-in… And the situation was NOT resolved at all. That said, I can’t say the conditions in the Deluxe Room were bad (otherwise I wouldn’t have let it slide). It was quite cozy, spacious, and overall pleasant to stay in. That said, one day, the person in charge of housekeeping apparently decided I didn’t need to take a shower, so they removed the shower gel container for a whole day (luckily, I had brought travel-sized ones with me, even though I had hoped I wouldn’t need them). Other than that, everything was fine, and even that somewhat questionable attitude from the staff didn’t ruin my vacation.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The executive suite was huge and luxury. Bed linen was amazing. The common spaces were a bit old but I still loved everything and would love to come back!!!!

The title/ name of the hotel deceived us by offering hotel services with five stars. The fact is an old residence suite and not a Hotel. The suite is very old and no internet connect (no WIFI). There is no Beverage, such as coffee and tea. The sanitation is poor because some food scraps was found on the ground. The facilities are poor as the door wouldn't be closed tightly and was damaged. We had a terrible experience because of this deception.

Nice and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. The property feels a little old-fashioned and some areas could use updating, but it is clean, quiet. Also location is far from downtown.

The type of room we had reserved is the apartment type that consist of 3 bedrooms and 1 living room. The size is big but there is no daily service to clean the room. The apartment is located in the front area of the hotel, separating from the hotel. The CU shop (24hrs) was easily to walk in 5 min. The location is far from the subway so using taxi is more convenient.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. Very spacious if you have big families or friends

It was a pleasant hotel. Clean, convenient and reasonably priced. There’s a convenient store at the lobby.
