Ulasan Hollywood Hotel

Hotel ini terletak satu blok dari salah satu stasiun metro LA. Ini juga memiliki fasilitas yang bagus (kolam renang, sauna, dan ruang kebugaran). Namun, layanannya buruk. Mereka mendiskriminasi kami berdasarkan status internasional kami. Kami tidak bisa membayar dengan kartu internasional, dan mereka menolak mengizinkan kami membayar dengan uang tunai. Selain itu, mereka mengenakan biaya tambahan untuk menyimpan barang bawaan Anda di sana sebelum dan sesudah checkout. Saya tidak akan merekomendasikan tempat ini kepada siapa pun.

DEF BOOKING AGAIN the hotel itself was VERY clean and the staff couldn't be nicer. had secure parking, although the back entrance was a bit under construction and had weird abandoned vending machines, I assume that was very temporary! not the *best* neighborhood but pretty close to great ones and I never felt unsafe. i would say if you get a room that faces the courtyard maybe ask to move as it played annoying, yet light, music until 10pm ish, totally should have asked but it was not easy to sleep in / go to bed to. my job has an office down the street and i recomended it to all my co-workers who have to visit.

Overall a really good hotel, good value for money. Wasn’t a great location for us but it really depends on the nature of your trip, we’d stop here again though for sure.

The hotel was very clean and cozy. The area was a bit rough compared to what I’m used to, but once inside it felt safe and it had a nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful.

they need to upgrade some of the rooms, the plumbing is horrible, no water pressure means drip showers frustrating!!

had a issue with using my business credit card for check in they wouldnt accept it because it had my company name on it not my personal name. and then they try to squeeze parking $35 a night extra no

Had to switch room due to smoke detector beeping. They charge 60 for overnight parking. They also charge for charging you EV after paying to park.

Room was a little dated, bathroom needs some updates to bring in more folks. The service desk were very courteous for sure. But all comes back to the room.

I pulled up to the neighborhood it was totally nit safe. Homeless people so around the hotel exterior in tents; sleeping on ground with their grocery carts; people urinating in front of the hotel; graffiti and gang signs everywhere on streets; exterior of building looks NOTHING like pix on *******. I paid twice as much to find a last minute nicer hotel in nicer area of Hollywood. Out of 1-10, this getting -10
