The hotel is located on the main street of Santa Barbara and offers plenty of free parking, comfortable amenities, wonderful service, and greatly helpful staff. We had a great time staying there!

Room was smaller than advertised, but other than that it was nice & cozy. The breakfast was pretty much a joke.. Only pre-packaged, high calorie breakfast items to go :)

Love this hotel very much. It's big with comfortable bed pillows and kitchenette. A nice balcony with a fountain too. Parking was free that's a plus! Opposite a supermarket and a street delicious tacos so very happy. Only problem is the cold tiles they use on the floor which is uncomfortably sticky and also the sound proofing was very bad, the noise of cleaning, luggages going over the tiles outside of our room is pretty annoying. Might consider coming back.

A very beautiful hotel with a good location. The front desk service is very good. The room is not big but very clean. The hotel's garden and swimming pool are nice and you can go for a walk.

The service is very good, the guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The small courtyard where we stay is also very nice. The room facilities are average, but the overall price/performance ratio is OK. There is also a supermarket nearby, which is a relatively safe area

The environment is good and the transportation is convenient. There are buses that go directly to UCSB and Downtown. You can also take the air bus from the airport. It is also convenient to go to the pier to see the sea. There are two large and small swimming pools downstairs

The room was big and clean, the bed was super comfortable, it helped me get over the jet lag on my first day in SB perfectly. 1200 is definitely worth it. I will stay here again next time.

The facilities are terrible. It was very cold when we arrived. The power circuit breaker in the room tripped at night and the air conditioner didn't work at all. I called but no one came to fix it. No one answered the phone again. It's terrible.

The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, and the location is great. There is free parking. The only drawback is that there is only one door between the room next door. This room type should be able to be used as a family connecting room, so there is no sound insulation at all. The tenants next door are watching TV. Even the mobile phone alarm clock sounds very clear in the morning. I hope the reception staff can stagger the connecting rooms when arranging different guests.
