But if you are a light sleeper, be aware buggies car will park there and staff will cleaning up (hard working) until midnight. So little bit noisy. One thing I would like to raise the question is : Why do you charge for the latte and espresso for breakfast? I do not see it at 4-5 stars hotel/resort."

"Sayangnya, kami tidak mendapatkan kamar yang kami pesan, melainkan kamar yang jauh lebih kecil dan kualitasnya lebih rendah. Kamar itu terlalu sempit untuk tiga orang – kami bahkan tidak bisa membuka semua koper kami dan hampir tidak bisa bergerak. Setelah beberapa kali diskusi dan dengan bantuan seorang karyawan Trip.com, kami akhirnya dijanjikan pergantian kamar. Manajer bahkan menjanjikan kami sebuah suite, dan pergantian itu seharusnya terjadi malam itu juga. Namun, ketika kami kembali, kami hanya ditawari kamar yang sama, tetapi dengan tata letak yang sama. Hanya setelah diskusi panjang lebih lanjut barulah kami akhirnya mendapatkan apartemen yang berbeda – bukan kamar yang awalnya kami pesan, dan bukan pula suite, tetapi pada akhirnya kami puas dengan apartemen tersebut. Apartemen itu ditata dengan penuh ***a, dan pemandangannya benar-benar menakjubkan – jelas merupakan puncak dari kunjungan kami. Namun, sangat disayangkan bahwa kami harus berjuang selama dua hari untuk mendapatkan kamar yang layak. Pada beberapa kesempatan, kami merasa tidak dianggap serius. Selain itu, banyak anggota staf memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang sangat terbatas, yang membuat komunikasi semakin sulit. Makanan di tempat itu juga tidak membuat kami terkesan, dan interior restoran tampak agak kumuh. Secara keseluruhan, kami cukup kecewa."

"We spent a couple of days at the hotel. There aren't many hotels to choose from in Phan Thiet, so I was pretty much choosing at random. Overall, the hotel turned out to be quite good, very clean and cozy. The rooms are small, and the showers, like everything else in this area, are a bit odd—the drain isn't underneath the shower, but at the far end. The breakfasts are decent, with plenty to eat and a variety of fruits. Special thanks to the girl at breakfast who speaks good Russian; you can ask questions without a translator. The hotel is located roughly in the center, a fair distance from the sea, but we were on a moped, so it wasn't a big deal. I can recommend the hotel."

"After a pretty full-on week or so touring Hanoi, Halong and Ho Chi Minh, we were ready for tranquility, and this place did not disappoint! Our room was gorgeous with plenty of space and a lovely terrace along with beautiful products in the spacious bathroom. We ate at the hotel every night as the food was lovely with plenty of choice. I don’t eat meat and my partner does so we thought it might be a challenge but not at all. The dishes we had were flavoursome and very well presented, plenty on the plate too! The pool area was spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the hotel and we didn’t want to leave the spa! I’d highly recommend a massage whilst you’re there, we had a few and all were excellent and carried out with such care and professionalism. Honestly, the joy on their faces when we told them we’d enjoyed it was really special. The star of this show though has to be the staff. Julian, the GM, came and chatted to us most evenings and he clearly puts a lot of thought into both his customers and staff. One evening, I happened to mention to him that I loved a particular dish I’d chosen from the menu and a couple of days later (after I’d forgotten all about it), one of the lovely ladies who work there (wish I could remember all of their names!) handed me a recipe that she’d typed up for me. I made the dish on New Year’s Eve and, ok, the sound of the ocean and warm breezes were missing, but the flavour took us right back, although it’ll never be as good as that night… The staff at this hotel really want to please you and go out of their way to help. They’ve all clearly been so well trained but they all look happy in their work and we loved chatting to them and hearing about their lives. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. If you want peace and tranquility with excellent service from genuinely lovely people, this is definitely the place. We’d return in a heartbeat. Dave and Leigh"

"On the first day of check-in: Another member of our group wanted to store her luggage at the front desk, but they refused (even offering money). They also refused to leave it in our hotel room. Although she wasn't staying at this hotel, leaving her luggage in our room shouldn't have been a problem. She had booked a hotel next door and wanted to share a taxi with us before checking in at her own hotel. Even after explaining this to the staff, they were very rude. Downstairs, a woman and two other women blocked our luggage from entering, their attitude was extremely poor. I understand the need to protect customer privacy, but this was going too far. They weren't helpful with our luggage during check-in either; there was a step that made it difficult to carry it. The check-in process was particularly bad. In short, the hotel environment was okay, but the staff's attitude was not okay; there were no service industry standards. It's fine if you don't interact with the staff."

Towels with dirty stains, poor working air conditioning, breakfast included, but they gave us a menu with prices, The prices for the bus tickets are very high, we paid 250k per person when everyone else paid about 170. They offer a motorbike for rent for 150k. but the motorbike is in very bad condition. So disappointed, we stayed in Wonderlast before this one, it was so much better for same price."

"The complex is interestingly designed, from large rooms on 2 bedrooms, the view of the beach and the sea is beautiful. The complex is far from civilization and therefore very sad from the cafes and restaurants that are on its territory. The cafe was tried to calculate 200k dong on the first day (300k "random" is 500k), the choice of food in cafes and restaurants is almost entirely made up of local cuisine. It is convenient that there are several grocery stores on the territory of the complex: Choice is small but it is also convenient. Elevators work in an idiot scenario: 8 elevators 4 separate, non-synchronised buttons. This leads to the fact that every floor is pressed all 4 buttons and each elevator goes with stops on each floor where no one is waiting for it anymore. Because of this, the elevators are in the daytime and especially during the eviction-settlement period. When you are inhabited there are nuances of the way of booking: Not always resepshn you are inhabited - for the settlement it may be necessary to contact the representative and wait for the person who will inhabit you. In my case, it was a beautiful girl who quickly met us, settled, explained everything and implemented a comfortable eviction at night."
