"A wonderful, very well-kept hotel! Cleanliness and beauty are everywhere. The grounds are wonderful, lots of greenery, coconut palms, flowers... We took a superior room with a balcony, it's in a separate building, next to the reception. Everything you need is in the room, including a beach bag. Very clean, the mattress and pillows are comfortable. Breakfasts are beyond praise) starting at 6:30 and until 10:00 you can eat a very tasty and filling meal. The restaurant is on the seashore, next to the pools, you can take away fruit, juices, coffee (they make their own)... The pools are magnificent, the water is cooled, very clean. The area is very quiet. If you need to get to Mui Ne, the only way is by taxi, 4-4.5 km., payment by the meter is 210-240 rubles. All the life is there with shops, massage parlors, etc. Within walking distance from the hotel there are grocery stores with alcohol, cafes with delicious local food, inexpensive) Our vacation was a success! I recommend it!"

"We chose this hotel for a family trip with 2 adults and 2 children, and the hotel's programs and various facilities offer incredible value for money! Especially since we hadn't booked massages in advance, the front desk helped us book on the same day (definitely get a massage, the pressure is amazing! There are male masseurs too, which my husband loved, and some staff can communicate in English, so just go for it!). The restaurant also allows guests to use the microwave. However, compared to other resorts and hotels (we also stayed in Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh City), I'd say the breakfast is just average. But for this price, including breakfast, the pool, amenities, and the scenery, we are very satisfied!"

"The hotel is poorly located. It's far away for any form of life but on property you have some restaurants and supermarkets on site. However they are more expensive than what you can find in the city. The room was quite bad. The bathroom shelf was crumbling. The ac was broken and not functioning properly so we had a terrible and burning night. The swimming pool is not included so you have to pay extra to access it. What a shame. We booked a room with 2 double beds and we received a room with 2 simple bed. The staff just said sorry without trying to give us another room nor give us any compensation. On the bright side. You have a dedicated butler that can answer your question and help you if needed."

I chose the hotel based on reviews, but apparently the English-speaking old people who wait so long haven't seen anything better and think this hotel deserves four stars. No, the furniture is shabby, the cleaning is very mediocre, the rooms also need renovations, and the colors are depressing. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is the beach. Not every hotel can boast one, but please add some sun loungers so we don't have to fight over them. People rush to grab them at 7am so they can return at 12pm to sunbathe. These people should be kicked out of the hotel; let them behave like that at home."

The Vietnamese restaurant, Lang Viet, is also fantastic – I highly recommend the traditional Southern Vietnamese hotpot. The coffee is excellent too. And you absolutely *must* watch the sunrise from the hotel's beach; it's an amazing spot for it!"

I requested a ground-floor room due to having a lot of luggage, and even though my request was quite late—on the day of check-in—they were extremely helpful, even though the resort was fully booked. Ambiance: The resort isn't very large but is quite cozy, with a swimming pool equipped with towels and plenty of seating by the beach. However, the sandy part of the beach is a bit short. Room Space: Designed in a Japanese style, the rooms have a very chill vibe. Each room has a table and chairs set up right outside the door. The bed, in particular, is super soft and comfortable; I didn't have any trouble sleeping due to being in a new place. The bathroom is okay, but the shower area is a bit small. Breakfast: It includes one main noodle dish that changes daily, plus a fixed buffet line. The breakfast food was well-seasoned and tasty, and the staff were very helpful in serving the dishes. I will definitely return in the future if I have the chance to visit Phan Thiet again."
