The hotel is conveniently located near gate 3 of mathura railway station, so good for people coming by train. There is plenty of e rickshaw available in the area which can connect you with any part of the city. The staff in the hotel is courteous and willing to help. Rooms are spacious with excellent hot water facilities. Room dining is available and food is nice. Highly recommend if you are visiting mathura.

My stay was disappointing. The room was dirty with stains on the carpet, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Staff were unhelpful and rude when I reported issues. Noise levels were unbearable at night. Overall, not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Very average stay the hotel and the facilities were absolutely subpar. The room size was good but the linens provided were not good. There was no water bottle or any kettle or tea facility. The room was dusty but was cleaned on request. The washroom was again not great. The location however was very close to gate no. 3 of mathura junction. That was a good benefit. This is a good transit hotel that way.
