The hotel is clean and modern, with a fantastic location near Senado Square. The 1920s retro aesthetic is really well done and made my stay in Macau all the more memorable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. My stay at the Altira Hotel Macau was an unforgettable experience that seamlessly blended luxury, comfort, and stunning views. Located on Taipa Island, this five-star hotel is a hidden gem that truly embodies the essence of indulgence. From the moment I arrived, the exceptional service set the tone for my stay. The warm and attentive staff greeted me with genuine smiles, making check-in a breeze. I was upgraded to a luxury suite, and the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the elegant decor and spacious layout. The modern design, coupled with breathtaking panoramic views of the Macau skyline, created an inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The suite featured a plush king-sized bed, a generous seating area, and a beautiful marble bathroom complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. Every detail was meticulously planned to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary minibar and the Nespresso machine, which made my mornings delightful. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s renowned restaurant, which offered a delectable array of Asian and Western cuisines. The quality of the food was truly exceptional, and the attentive service elevated the dining experience even further. I also took advantage of the stunning infinity pool and state-of-the-art fitness center, making it easy to stay active while basking in luxury. The location is superb! There's a super famous dessert store right beneath. The bus stops right in front of the hotel as well, with buses to go to the airport and ferry terminal, as well as the casinos. Highly recommended! A lot of good food nearby too. The rooms are not too shabby, quite modern. No smell of paint or whatsoever like the other reviews. I guess because how the hotel is more or less well-settled through the renovation phase earlier. Very accessible, good for single pax concert goers. That's why I booked it here! Will stay here again.

1. At the time of check-in, I requested a room that was NOT located at the end of the hall, and I got one there! 2. It is very hard to get a taxi, and I needed to ask the concierge to call a taxi each time I needed to go out. 3. The door of the shower closet cannot be closed tightly, leaving a one-cm gap that let water seep out during a shower. 4. The USB charging outlet next to the desk did not work at all. The USB hub on the bedside table was obscure, and I only noticed it when I was about to check out. 5. The electrically operated drapery did not function properly. I needed to pull the curtain slightly before they started to close.

Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the casino and busy shopping malls. Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

My only choice in Macau. Good service, spacious room, well maintained facilities, clean and tidy everywhere, delicious buffet no matter breakfast or other meal sections, all good👍 plus its convenient location as right next to subway station are all my description for this hotel. I stayed here for few times, but this time wanna express my special thanks to Kent. He is professional with passion, patience and details minded. While checking in, I booked a non-smoking suite room but it was sold out for non-smoking of such category, he tried for non-smoking treatment at first but I was allergic and sensitive to it, he was so patiently showed me with an upgraded non-smoking suite to ensure my stay was pleasant. He also reminded for transportation arrangement during CNY for room closure details. We definitely will return because of his outstanding. Really appreciated.

From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience ! The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests. Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. Very good, it is the original Sheraton, with an excellent location and great service. I especially want to praise the front desk lady Miki, who provided thoughtful and considerate service. She also sent us to the spa to tour the environment, recommended suitable options, and upgraded our girlfriends' trip! ! All in all we were very happy! Thanks Miki Chou! !
