My stay at the Altira Hotel Macau was an unforgettable experience that seamlessly blended luxury, comfort, and stunning views. The warm and attentive staff greeted me with genuine smiles, making check-in a breeze. I was upgraded to a luxury suite, and the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the elegant decor and spacious layout. The modern design, coupled with breathtaking panoramic views of the Macau skyline, created an inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The suite featured a plush king-sized bed, a generous seating area, and a beautiful marble bathroom complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. Every detail was meticulously planned to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary minibar and the Nespresso machine, which made my mornings delightful. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s renowned restaurant, which offered a delectable array of Asian and Western cuisines. The quality of the food was truly exceptional, and the attentive service elevated the dining experience even further. I also took advantage of the stunning infinity pool and state-of-the-art fitness center, making it easy to stay active while basking in luxury. The Altira Hotel’s location provided easy access to nearby attractions, and the peaceful environment made it the perfect escape from the bustling city. Overall, my stay at Altira Hotel Macau was nothing short of spectacular. My only choice in Macau. Good service, spacious room, well maintained facilities, clean and tidy everywhere, delicious buffet no matter breakfast or other meal sections, all good👍 plus its convenient location as right next to subway station are all my description for this hotel. I stayed here for few times, but this time wanna express my special thanks to Kent. He is professional with passion, patience and details minded. While checking in, I booked a non-smoking suite room but it was sold out for non-smoking of such category, he tried for non-smoking treatment at first but I was allergic and sensitive to it, he was so patiently showed me with an upgraded non-smoking suite to ensure my stay was pleasant. He also reminded for transportation arrangement during CNY for room closure details. We definitely will return because of his outstanding. Really appreciated.

Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the casino and busy shopping malls. Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

Visited the venetian and stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was beautiful and room was big. Downside was I was given a room on a floor that was going through upgrading works and the smell of fresh paint was overbearing and lingered in the air throughout my stay giving me a bad headache. Thankfully I was not staying for long. Other than that, room was clean and housekeeping made up room ans replenished amenities daily. Casino is just downstairs and there are many eateries and in room dining available. Unfortunately, food is very expensive and wasn't really tasty. There is shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for free.

The service of this hotel is excellent! The staff, 陳卓立, who was a friendly and help person, introduced good recommendations for us to consider our meals. His helping hand and service we're really appreciated. This hotel equipped with a warm water swimming pool that is open fir all seasons. The staff, 梁婷婷, was informative and always ready to serve with beautiful smile. Surprisingly, fruit water and fresh grapes were served to the swimmers by their staff. The overall experience during this trip was excellent!

We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Everything was fine. People at lobby were friendly and helpful, could speak English. Recommend this hotel.

A wonderful new hotel. Check-in was quite fast, about 15 minutes. We lived on the 7th floor, with a view of the garden. The rate includes breakfast, for 5 days there was never a queue. Breakfast is a mix of Chinese and European cuisine, a large selection of dishes. Good soundproofing, you can't hear your neighbors. The hotel has an indoor pool, we visited it in the morning, there weren't many people. On the 2nd floor there is an excellent supermarket and a multi-brand store with very attractive prices. We were in the restaurants Do Alfonso and Zuicho, if the price is comfortable for you, it's definitely worth a visit, you'll have an unforgettable experience.

The spacious room and the spectacular view is the only highlight in my opinion. Maybe my expectation is a bit high after staying with Andaz, which provided an excellent and all-rounded experience. For example, we have made an earlier request for late check out when doing the check in, but get rejected by the check-in staff. They didn't consider your membership status nor the birthday. Please don't expect any perks or rewards. The room was not ready when we were there. So we stored our luggage at the front desk. When we came back, the stored luggage was not directly sent to your room. You needed to reclaim your stuff at the concierge. I was a bit disappointed. The location is not prime and at the far corner of the whole district. Staying here with the gold elite status and on your birthday will not bring you anything extra, even though you have made remarks earlier. Definitely, not the first pick in Macau.

It is more of a business hotel rather than Macao 5* hotel style. After staying at the Venetian and Studio City, Sofitel was a bit of a let down. PROs: - amazing customer service provided by every single member of staff. I did not have any special requests, they were just perfect without me asking for it - extremely comfortable bed and pillows - excellent buffet lunch - nice pool area CONs: - the rooms are 4 star, a little sad and outdated - the bathrooms are 3 star, very old and disappointing. They must be refurbished asap (even just changing the shower glass and bath glass wall to a modern smoky glass to match the basin, changing the lamp heads to something more modern, and make the overall aesthetic dark and moody, and better shower heads would be a quick fix) - the cleaning standards are not up to par (see photos, not acceptable for a 5* hotel)
