"Kamarnya luas dan bersih. Lokasinya lumayan, dekat Grand Lisboa, sekitar 5-15 menit jalan kaki, dan mungkin 20 menit jalan kaki ke Senado Square. Resepsionis ramah dan membantu. Namun, staf di area kolam renang tidak banyak berbicara bahasa Inggris dan kami mengalami pelayanan yang tidak menyenangkan di area kolam renang. Staf memprioritaskan apa yang mereka sebut ”wanita tua Tionghoa tetap” yang selalu ada di sana dan dia bertindak seolah-olah dia pemilik kolam renang. Staf di sana berkumpul di sudut, berbicara, menunjuk, dan melihat kami, dan kami tahu mereka membicarakan kami. Kali ini kita melewati bea cukai di Pelabuhan Zhuhai Gongbei. Setelah melewati bea cukai, kita bisa langsung naik bus Jinsha. Setelah turun, kita bisa jalan kaki ke Artchen dalam tiga sampai lima menit.
Wanita berkacamata yang check in di meja depan sangat ketat dan memperkenalkan fasilitas hotel secara detail.
Dekorasi keseluruhannya ber***a Asia Tenggara. Berbeda dengan hotel-hotel indah di Taipa, tempat ini memberikan kesan yang sangat sederhana, elegan, dan ber***a.
Kamar hotel cukup rata-rata, tidak ada kejutan, tetapi desainnya masuk akal dan pancuran di kamar mandi sangat nyaman. Izinkan saya mengeluh tentang tempat tidurnya, terlalu empuk dan tidak cocok untuk orang modern dengan berbagai masalah serviks dan pinggang.

Saat check-out, saya meminta bantuan staf concierge, Sam, untuk memanggil taksi ke bandara. Setelah taksi tiba, dia membantu memasukkan koper ke bagasi dan mengingatkan saya untuk tidak memasukkan kantong hadiah yang saya pegang (katanya taksi di Makau mengenakan biaya per barang untuk barang bawaan di bagasi belakang 😛).
