Zannoni Apartments

Host was great at communication property instructions and directions. He was also flexible allowing us to drop off our luggage into the apar**ent prior to check in time... this was a real plus! Beware if you are booking apt#2 as you have to climb steep set of very narrow stairs. Once inside, the property is clean and comfortable for a family. The real issue is that there is one of the rooms that does not have a/c unit and depends on the living room unit to provide cooling. We were desperately hot and host claimed that by government rule we couldn't lower a/c below 24 degrees celsius. I researched and this was a 2 year old rule only applicable to government buildings. He eventually allowed for units to be adjusted to 22 degrees celsius and per our request he provided a table fan, which made it a bit more bearable. Also there are huge mosquitoes inside the property, we received instructions at the beginning thar we should buy repellent plugs as part of our stay. Needless to say that the mosquitoes had a feast with the five us! All in all goos property, good host , but cooling for second room and mosquitoes, must be addressed!
