"Relais Stibbert was just a 5 minute walk to the Tram line that took you right into the heart of Florence within 15 minutes which was perfect for us. The B&B is a gorgeous old building with all original features including the amazing tall windows and shutters, high ceilings, not to mention the marble floors through the property and white marble staircase. We received a very warm welcome from Angjelin and Alda on our arrival. The breakfast was superb serving up cooked breakfast as well as cereal, fruit and cold meats as well as many different pastries and breads. No request was too much so all in all my husband and I had a wonderful stay and should we ever venture back to Florence we will surely look up Relais Stibbert once again. Thank you for a lovely stay and ambience in Florence."

The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel offered so many unique experiences that made our stay even more enjoyable. Every detail made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, an unexpected accident happened during our trip, and my mother broke her wrist. We had no choice but to cancel the rest of our travel plans. It was one of the most stressful days of our journey. What truly touched us was the kindness of the hotel staff. They were incredibly caring and even delivered a handwritten card to our room. They thoughtfully wrote “Get well soon” in Chinese, which was such a lovely surprise. Although I don’t know the name of the wonderful lady who prepared the card, I sincerely want to say thank you. Your kindness brought light to one of the hardest days of our trip, and we will never forget it. Thank you to everyone at TSH for your warmth and hospitality.
