Super convenient location, right opposite to Edinburgh Waverley train station. Easy access to all major attractions. Chill decor at reception and restaurant area.

The staff are super nice and cute there! And cuz it’s nearby princess street, it’s convenient to go to all the tourist attractions there.

Location is perfect as it is opposite to the train station.

相當接近火車站位置亦都很優越，價錢不算太便宜，當然也不算很貴，相當近各個地方的明勝，可以短暫居住，但不適宜全個過程都住在這裏

3樓的走廊早上有服務員用德語大叫聊天 兩天每天都被吵醒 都別來 噁心地方

From check in to check out the staff were great, a long stemmed rose and a box of chocolates for Valentines. Arrived early but room was ready. Great value for money. Would I recommend, definitely.

Stay was okay, check in were issues with card machine. No available kitchen within hotel or food other than bar snacks. Bit disappointing after a travel, and with it being a 4* hotel. Room was a little dated in comparison to the rest of the hotel itself. Bed was comfortable, good sleep.

A great stay for my birthday weekend away! We arrived a few hours before check-in so asked to store our luggage until then but there was a room ready so we were able to check in early! We were also upgraded to a city view room - a lovely view to wake up to every morning. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect spot, right across the road from the train station, easy access to all the sights and plenty of places to eat. The hotel was cosy and warm and had a lovely a**osphere. Our room was great, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was a good size. We had a lovely and cosy stay at this hotel and will definitely be staying again. Thank you so much for a cosy and comfortable stay :)

Plus points:Great location, clean hotel and friendly staff. Negatives: standard rooms are quite small, no view, carpet needs replacing.

Basic but stylish, very clean and well maintained room with very comfortable bed and great nights sleep. Standard room small but sufficient, very quiet and managed to sleep undisturbed until 9.30am. Lovely bar area. Excellent location right across from Princes St entrance to Waverley Station, tram from airport stops nearby on Princes St and right next to fab St James shopping centre. Excellent value at just over £100 for B&B for 2 people!

Room was excellent, couldn't fault it, it was however a little noisy Wednesday night outside

Lovely hotel in a perfect place! Despite being on the busiest road in the city, it was very quiet and peaceful at night. We arrived in Edinburgh very early in the morning and they allowed us to check in early which was a godsend. Hotel is very clean, modern and staff are friendly and wonderful
