Construction inside the building. Noise all day. Beds are extra small. Staff unfriendly. I made the choice of paying at the property and pay way more. Not only taxes and other fees. Different price. Not worth for the price that ended up paying.

Terrible experience at this hotel and all because we went through ******* to make the reservation and payment. At time of arrival at the hotel they claimed no payment was made and made us paid twice. Claiming they had no contract with ******* as it is a platform only to make reservations which that wasn’t the case as it made us pay to be able to reserve the room. Staff at the hotel weren’t helpful and when we asked for management they refused to call them and claimed owner of the hotel was out and could only talk to staff through the phone.

The staff was very helpful even though they are not responsible for property Quality. Alejandro attention was amazing very friendly and attentive all the time. The bathrooms are super uncomfortable, mattresses were horrible and uncomfortable the pillows even worse, they were in a hard plastic cover with almost nothing inside. I know it wasn’t the more expensive one however they should have at least better pillows.

Very old and un clean place. Everything is coming apart. Towels smell sa grass. No water. Water heater do not work. Bad mattress. Terrible.
