I would like to thank the reservation and reception staff who handled my check-in process; they made everything easy for me, and the person who helped me during check-out was also quite friendly. However, on the morning of August 16th, I was awakened by loud music. The housekeeping staff had turned the music up to full volume on her phone, placed it in front of my door, and was cleaning a room at the end of the corridor. My friend had arrived at the hotel at 4 AM, and we wanted to rest. When I warned her, she began shouting at me rudely, saying things like, "You can't tell me what music to listen to, who do you think you are, I don't have to ask you what to do, it's too late to be sleeping."
