The hotel was nice, bed was ok, pillow is soso, room is clean & comfy, shower hand was a bit broken but its ok, breakfast was good, location was good very near to the park & the old towns is walking distsnce, the gym was also good, the pools also nice, the view is great. Overall was good stay.

Booked 2 rooms for 4 adults. Check-in supposed to be 2pm onwards. We checked in at approx. 8pm on the same day.
The front desk told our group the "booking rate" on Trip.com was for 1 person. Even though we booked 2 rooms and only 1 person is allowed to stay. Told us we have to pay an extra 40 or 50 euros because the rate we booked on Trip.com was for 1 person ONLY. Crazy isn't it?
We checked the paperwork and told the front desk how many people are entitled to 1 room? We have a booking for 2 rooms, and each room is entitled to 2 guests, No?? We suspect they thought we were not checking in and gave up our rooms. After speaking to their manager, they gave us the rooms that we PAID for.
I'm never gonna stay at this chain. Wouldn't recommend it. Stay at your risk.

Excellent hotel in a wonderful location… Walking distance to old town… Commuting around is easy… The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist, Miss Elif… She was extremely polite and was very helpful… Will definitely stay in this hotel again the next time I come to Antalya

Ramada is located in the old town of Antalya, with a number of restaurants within walking distance. There are 2 pools in the hotel, one is indoors while the other is outdoors with Tarus Mountains view. Breakfast is not bad, with a wide spread of choices. A nice big fitness room for a marvelous workout. Room is clean, with coffee and tea making facilities, digital safe and etc.

I’ve been this hotel 4 times but won’t stay ever again soon as I was about to check in there was no confirmation even though I had a voucher waited over a hr to find my details then I upgraded to all inclusive at extra cost 2 days in to my embarrassment I service staff came running out to the pool saying I wasn’t all inclusive and marched me to reception to her horror they staff told her there was a mistake again really disappointing stay

I really like the hotel location. It is pretty old building and they are doing the renovation now. Couldn't use most of the hotel facility due to the renovation.
Hotel staff do not speak English and kind of a hard to communicate.
Do not expect the international Ramada experience over here.
We checked in to a room where the king bed has been made and we asked for twin after making the twin the room looks like as per the picture.
If you speak Turkish language maybe good place other than that please do avoid. Reception do not card about anything. We faced lot of issues.

Beautiful room, amazing view with great service and clean amenities. Went in February and there were some amenities that weren’t available (outdoor pool being a big one) but other than lovely pleasant stay with good location.
