The hotel staff are friendly and responsive. They taught me how to use the self check-in and check-out machine (even though I prefer checking in and out in person). Check out time is 11am, but it was easy to negotiate for a later check out time. You can do that in person, through the phone messages, or from the bedside clock in the room. The staff also gave me a $20 voucher to use at the lobby lounge. The room was upgraded to a king bed with view, newly renovated. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I had a superb rest. The noise insulation for each room was ok, but you can hear the doors opening and closing. The swimming pool and gym are well maintained. Theres sitting areas on the 2nd floor, for hanging out and making calls. The lobby lounge opens at 12pm, so you can order food there. Their grilled squid is fantastic!

I brought to the attention (on previous stay on 09/04/25) on the poor maintenance of the bathroom in room 1525. As result of their quick action in switching me to a better room, I have decided to repeat my stay again on my recent visit on 12/05/25. However, my recent stay in room 1226 encountered similarly bitten by tiny insects omitted especially from the drainage. I would urge the management should look into the infestation of the drainage systems within the hotel. However, I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent services provided by Belle & Irene. The frontline staff is very friendly and cooperative and the location of the hotel is just 10 minutes walking to the Bugis MRT. Good food is easily available within the mall across the road.

I am regular in visiting Singapore. To find a hotel with this size of about 23m2 with acceptable price is not easy, and it is in the center of the city. MRT is just outside the hotel. Chijme is within walking distance. We were skeptical when we saw the facade picture of the hotel but after entering the room, we are pleasantly surprise to find one of the largest room we had ever stayed in SG. The room is clean without the musty smell. Even the single bed was larger than other hotels which we can hard turn our bodies. We will certainly come back again.

I checked in on a sunny afternoon, and while the room was comfortable, the air conditioning took some time to cool the space down. The executive club room was a delight, featuring a spacious bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub—perfect for unwinding. The club lounge impressed me with its variety of dinner options, and the lychee pistachio cream cake was an absolute standout—truly delicious! The next morning, the breakfast area was bustling, but I enjoyed the warm soya milk, which was a nice touch. However, I wasn’t a fan of the plastic cups provided for coffee, so I headed back to the lounge for a better cup. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few standout highlights!

The hotel family room was really nice with 2 king size beds, they are interconnecting rooms which were great. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, the check in and check out process were smooth. We enjoyed the pools alot! The shared coffee and tea station next to vending machine was a brillant idea, I also like how we can drink straight from the tap without plastic bottles. I like the sustainability efforts put in. The room is very spacious and clean. I love the big windows and natural light brightening up the room. The bathroom is well-equipped and there's also a bidet for the toilet. The shower water pressure is strong, and water heats up quickly. The bath robe is super soft and cozy! The filtered drinking water tap is great to have, so I don't have to buy or request for bottled water. There's coffee and tea in the room, and the kettle is clean. The desk in the room is big, which makes having a meal for two enjoyable. The bed and pillows are very comfortable too. There is a smart tv in the room with many great channels, but I do wish it allows casting of my phone wirelessly to the TV via WiFi. There seems to be a Chromecast attached to the TV, but it is hidden behind the TV, and requires physical USB connection.

Second time trying this hotel. My partner and I decided to top up for the club lounge access as we quite like their food selections and services. We were served by Han Meng during the check in and he was very nice knowing we want to top up for club access, he actually worked out a deal that is more worthy and he even gave us a high floor corner room with a very nice view of the harbour plus late check out at 3pm. The services at the club lounge were good especially Steve from the club lounge. He was very friendly and even offered to take photo for us and printed out knowing we were here for special occasion. I feel the food selections during evening cocktail as compared to last time dropped a little. Hopefully they will come out with better menu next time :) The top up of the champagne during the breakfast was slow and sometimes forgotten our order. Overall still a good experience.

This is our first time staying at Travelodge hotel and we chose a room that has a seating area next to the window. My wife likes this arrangement. The room is clean and the cabinets are practical with built-in safe and fridge. I could cast my Netflix and Prime video movies to the wall mounted TV which also has YouTube channel, local TV channels and others. The bed and the sheets with four large soft pillows are great to plunge into a good sleep. The toilet area is big as it is built for elderly with ramp entrance, grip bars and area to sit for bathing. The hotel has a bar, swimming pool, area for breakfast and two sound proof rooms for personal use at the reception lobby. The hotel is conveniently located opposite Vivo City shopping mall and next to it is HarbourFront Centre. Behind the hotel is Mount Faber and we had a good 30 mins morning climb and walk up there. This hotel is a good stay for my wife and I to celebrate her birthday, Mother’s Day and our anniversary three in one occasion.

The hotel is more than 60 years old but the hotel room is bigger than expected. Stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room and it is spacious and relatively clean. Complimentary parking ticket is available at the counter. Breakfast is not really something to shout about but it is relatively unique in its food offerings. We were greeted with warm smiles from the minute we arrived at Jen Singapore Tanglin and the front desk personnel were so kind and generously upgraded our hotel room to a higher floor with a city view. We appreciate such gestures. The room was clean and cosy, even though there was an odd scent in the corridor that didn't bother us. For added hygiene, the toilet seat includes a little bidet beside it. The room beds are comfortable rather than hard the ones. It is located directly across from Orchard Boulevard Mrt (Brown line). Also, we can go straight to Tanglin Mall at level 2 from the hotel for a quick lunch or dinner. Tanglin Mall also includes a grocery store (CS Fresh). It's quite a walk to Orchard Road. It takes us roughly 10-20 minutes (depending on your speed) to walk to Orchard Road or the ION Mall area. If you don't mind walking, you can explore the restaurants and cafes in the around area. What actually defines this hotel, however, is its service. Every employee we encountered, from housekeeping to concierge, was genuinely friendly, helpful, and attentive. Been to Fullerton Hotel many times for dining and events at ballroom, and it’s my first time staying here. Checked-in on a weekday, the staff seemed to be new as she couldn’t answer most of my queries but luckily she gotten help from another senior staff who was quick to assist so all was good.  Room was classy, posh and clean. There’s a bathtub and toilet bowl with bidet function (also auto opening lid). We are a party of 2A2C and the hotel added a rollaway bed for free which was really appreciated! Children amenities like toiletries, bathrobe and bedroom slippers were provided upon request from housekeeping.  Balcony felt kind of dirty and tables/chairs not well maintained, which was a surprise to me considering Fullerton being a 5* hotel.  Pool at level 2 had a great view of surrounding, it’s not big but served its function with jacuzzi available too! There’s always deck chairs available when I was there. Gym was good, spacious with many different types of machines and equipment.  Had buffet dinner at the Town restaurant, initial impression was that it seemed short staffed as there is only 1 staff receiving customers and leading them to the table (I would think this is usually a 2 people job, 1 to register guests and 1 to lead the way). But anyway, Johnson who led me in was really nice in explaining information and very patiently taking my questions. Variety of food was great here and the staff were really helpful too, coming by table frequently to clear dirty plates. Salmon Sashimi and snow crab legs were really fresh and delicious !  There’s many shops and restaurants around the hotel so it’s really convenient.  Check out was a breeze and after the stay, I must say that Fullerton’s service level was top notch! Enjoyed my stay and would love to be back.

Hotel has bigger rooms than other hotels in Singapore. The room is clean, though signs and tear and wear can be seen on the walls and furniture. Bed is comfortable and we had a good sleep in it. Staff is helpful even if they don't seem so cheerful, but I think this disposition is pretty common in Singapore. Location is not central but close to an MRT station which will take you directly to the city center. I don't like that hotels, even so called 4 star ones, ask for deposits when checking in. You don't see this in Europe.

The bed was comfy. The only downside is that the room was a bit small. Great location, 5 mins walk to Clarke Quay station, walking distance to different tourist spots, such as MCCY and the Hong Lim Market & Food Centre.

Singapore Changi Airport Region Singapore|17.83km from city center
Yotelair Changi Airport is located on the 4th floor of Jewel Changi. Location wise is excellent. Direct access from Terminal 1 Changi Airport. Unfortunately the place is getting old with worn out walls and furnitures. Room size is extremely small. Putting 2 adults is pushing the comfort luck. If you are claustrophobic, then skip this place as it has no window. Ok for a one night stay for an early flight out. Do note check in is at 6pm (they are pretty strict) as trip.com is a third party and any booking from third party gets to check in at 6pm and check out at 9am. Check in staff isn't exactly the greatest making a tired person more frustrated.

Curt and rude staff. Clearly profiling customers. Staff should be taught to ask questions nicely. Check in took too long....10 mins per customer. I waited 26 min being 3rd in line. Was raining and the water was coming through thr window. Bed was creaky, soap dispenser fell off the wall. I used to love this hotel but quite disappointed either the recent experience.
