Ulasan Smiley hotel (Youtehui store)

The room was clean and tidy The lights were the issue. They made the room 'too technologic'. We couldn't turn on the lights for a while. There was no telephone in the room so, we tried to communicate via a communication tablet on the wall but, the security guard answered and he didn't know how to help. We had to go to the lobby all the way down then they said to use the screen etc. Finally found it right next to the bed. The floors were too wet so, was dangerous to walk around. I guess it was about the humidity (not sure about the weather or ACs) but, the floors were still wet in the morning. All the way there was a continuous 'beep' sound from the light button of the bathroom, we couldn't turn it off and didn't bother going from the 34th floor down also. Couldn't sleep well in the end. Don't know if we are the only ones who 'couldn't adapt to technological hotels' or not but, we miss the simplicity. Other than that, a perfect hotel with value.

I cannot find any chair or sofa in my room!

1️⃣酒店的外觀非常的奢華，進入大堂給我一種低調優雅的感覺，工作人員親切熱情，都非常的專業熟練的應對各種查詢，處理問題非常的出色，能夠及時為客人提供服務。 2️⃣酒店地理位置非常好，交通方便；周邊也有很多高端、具有特色的餐廳和商場。 3️⃣客房非常的有氛圍感，採光好，設施齊全，床墊非常的舒服，浴室浴缸也很千凈。房間在高層，能夠欣賞高樓大廈和感受城市氣息非常的棒。 這次旅行非常愉快，有機會還會選擇斯米萊酒店。

非常差評！前台開頭給我們一間房，進去裏面後，整間房都很臭，巨臭，臭死了！然後我們到樓下叫前台更換另一間房間，更換後再次進入房間，房間還是有巨大的臭味！這間酒店廁所臭到不敢用，也不敢在酒店逗留太久，我們都是玩到晚上12點才回去睡覺，臭味飄揚！味道刺鼻、嘔心！聞到都會作嘔！作嘔10多次！臭到要了我們的命！！就算關了廁所門，也會聞到！無敵差！！

環境：窗外視野很開闊，34樓很安靜。 周邊：樓下商場，樓對面3樓是優特的智能自選飯堂，一日三餐很方便。 設施：公寓式的，配套齊全。 近幾年出差都選這。

非常非常差的體驗，首先房間沒有電話，聯絡前枱需要用自己電話，其次投影電視有問題，畫面衹顯示出不足一半、最要命的是房間沒有淋浴液、洗髮水、浴巾，要每一樣要自行打電話索要。 次日離店時前枱人員竟説房間不是他們的，是隔壁櫃位的，而一直沒有人員招呼，我呆站一會後趕時間離開，如果有分數，我給負分！

房間的衞生真的很差，而且廁所一股臭味，應該是下水道沖上來的😭房間的隔音也差，整體都不好，一言難盡啊，這是一次難受的住宿體驗，一到早上房間房門就在一直重複門已反鎖😰床品雖是換新的但上面的污漬能看到

環境：房間很大住的很舒服 房間格局很好 衞生：衞生條件很好 乾淨整潔 很放心！ 服務：服務態度很好 設施：設施配套齊全 什麼都有 很方便👍

酒店房間乾淨、清爽、服務人員很好，滿意的一次入住。房間衞生舒適，各方面都很好，房間打掃很乾凈，住的很安心，前台很熱情周到，服務很及時積極幫我處理問題很棒，酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，自助洗衣也很方便，酒店附近吃飯出行都很方便，總體好評！

很不錯，晚上入住也有人安排，也主動提供多餘的牙刷沐浴露什麼的，房間樓層很高視野好，隔音不錯，周圍環境也很ok

床棉被濕濕的…真的噁心 衣櫃上面不知道是掛了什麼 洗衣機裏面連個放洗髮水沐浴露的都沒有。洗浴非常不方便。毛巾也是舊噠噠的。無語啊。
