Super friendly front desk crew, very chatty and fun. I really loved the robot with the cute colors. The gym machine needs to be repaired a little. Breakfast soup noodles by auntie was fantastic. The aircon at level 8 really needs to be turned on during summer... It's too hot. This hotel was really nice to stay at. Would definitely come again.

Near the metro station, clean, room was spacious. However the bathroom has smoke smell, probably from the vents.

The hotel staff was extremely irresponsible towards the residents. I checked into the hotel on October 20. At that time, the car was parked in the parking lot at the entrance according to the instructions of the hotel front desk staff. When I checked out on the 22nd, I found that the car was scratched and the car cover was damaged. When the hotel cooperated with the call for surveillance, the hotel tried every means to shirk the situation. It was not until the police called the police that the video was provided according to the police's request. During this period, I kept pretending that I had no knowledge of my vehicle being hit. It wasn’t until the traffic police found the driver that caused the accident that I learned that the person directing the car to reverse in the video was the hotel security guard. The security guard witnessed the entire incident but acted as if it had not happened. Concealing the facts and not informing hotel residents, this kind of service attitude is really chilling

It's really lame. I don't know if there's something wrong with the air conditioner. I turned it to the lowest setting and woke up several times because of the heat. I called but couldn't say anything. They also said they would give me an electric fan. It cost 800 yuan for two nights. I'm impressed. The hair dryer was in a bag. When I turned it on for a while, dust came out. It was so dirty. And the soundproofing was really good. I could hear clearly when someone opened and closed the door. I saw the comments about this hotel saying that the soundproofing was good. This is really unscrupulous.

The hotel service was pretty good, but when I checked into the house around ten o'clock in the evening, there was a smell. There were water stains on the floor. It was not dry and ventilated. It really stunk. Then there were a lot of things blocking my car in the parking area. I scratched it when I turned the corner. I thought If you have nothing to do and you have to change your tire later, the parking entrance is not very well designed.
