Ulasan De Stefano Coffee and Hotel

I recently stayed at De Stefano Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed that there was no bathtub, as I was expecting one from the photo of my room ☹️. The breakfast was okay, but it became quite monotonous after a few days since the same three dishes were served daily. It would be great to see more variety in the future. On the positive side, the hotel’s location was fantastic—close to everything with a beautiful view and a lovely neighborhood. A special shout-out to the counter girl who was very helpful! She assisted us in purchasing tickets for the water park and cable car. While I wouldn’t recommend the water park, the cable car ride was definitely a highlight. Despite the minor drawbacks, the hotel’s cleanliness, great location, and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. With a little improvement in breakfast variety, it would be even better.

If you planning to go to sunset town that will be the best choice. Every night you can watch the fireworks in out of the room balcony clear view tho. Rooms incl breakfast and if you like to get out town is easy to get grab also. Room is clean and with full amenity.

The hotel price is quite cheap and the staffs are nice and everyone can speak English , downstairs of the hotel has the cafe the drink is good and cheap

Room clean and comfortable. It is near to cable car station, very convenient to take cable car ! I stayed in Deluxe room with sea view, at night could watch fireworks, very beautiful and wonderful 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 When reserve room promised Free Cable Car Tickets x 2, 2025 start NO FREE TICKETS, Hotel didn’t do anything for compensation ! Just saying SORRY😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

The best location you could ever imagine! The view is brilliant (5th floor) Amazing bathroom (view), tidy and quiet 🤍 Highly recommended! Great place to stay for a couple of nights to explore southern part of Phu Quoc ✨

Value for money! We enjoyed the room with seaview and fireworks. Couldn't try the breakfast as we were hurry to go to the airport. The staff is so nice and the location is excellent, close to everything.

Great hotel! Cozy and stylish room with a view of the sea, sanset town and evening fireworks. Good choice of breakfasts (especially appreciated the European option!). Very helpful and friendly staff who are ready to help with all questions. I recommend everyone who comes to Phu Quoc and wants to visit sanset town to stay at this hotel💫

I love this hotel. Because location and scene are beautiful. Just you see the nice scene from your window. Incredible. All things are close. Free hon thom cable car and aquatopia park was amazing. Breakfast was very delicous. All things were best. Thank you for your service and team.

It was great. The location was lovely. Can see the cable cars and bit of the ocean on the 3/F. Very clean and helpful staff. The breakfast is in a restaurant 2 min walk away. Have Pho and western breakfast. Would definitely come back.

It is torturing for people who highly value the hygienic condition to live here due to the dirty bed sheets with spots, the towels with former customer’s hair, the rusty trash bin and water faucets, and the unpleasant insects… The reason why I booked this hotel was because I thought I could see the cable car and enjoy sea view from the room. However, the unpleasant hygienic condition will definitely ruin everything. Besides, customers will also suffer from poor sound insulation at night.

Good location and most of the attraction in sunset town are located nearby. Cable car to Hon Thom Island also accessible by a short walk.

Staff are very helpful. Good location & good price with free cable tickets. Highly recommend
