Ulasan Red Roof Inn Greensboro Coliseum

Lokasi Hotel ini sangat bagus. Ada banyak restoran di dekatnya, pusat perbelanjaan yang sangat dekat, dan terletak tepat di antara mal dan coliseum. Meja depan sangat ramah tetapi bisa lebih cepat dengan check-in dan benar-benar tidak ada fasilitas apa pun. Tapi di atas semua staf ramah kamar sangat bersih dan kami tinggal hebat.

Everything was great. Room was clean and nice the surrounding was quiet all in all everything was nice like I said the room was nice and clean and fresh

I called before I went and asked if I could check in early and a man told me that if I purchased the superior room I could check early without having to pay the extra $ fee because that’s all they had available. I purchased the room and when checking in I was told that I still had to pay the fee and he doesn’t know who I talked to on the phone.

Slow check in. My reservation too lone to be found. I got two rooms. One smelled moldy and the other had dirty sheets.

Our door knob fell off. We were locked out of our room multiple times and had to get out room key re-keyed. Unacceptable.

The person workomg the desk was lovely, but floor to ceiling the room was, at best, questionable. Hand prints on the walls, holes and stains on the bed, floor in and around the bathroom was sludge-y, the sink and mirror had a dark brown/reddish liquid that had dried, the non-smokimg room i paid for choked me with cigarettes, and the door to the room could not close all the way.

Even though it was a sad occasion trip our stay was very good, and peaceful. We went to a funeral and when we returned to our room it had been service with fresh linens and bedding.

Only grief I have is we couldn't check into the room until 3pm. Other than that, all was good.

We have stayed here at least five or six times in the past few years. We have never had a problem. Front desk staff is quick and kind. If you have a problem, they seem quick to resolve it from what we have noticed. We will continue to patron this hotel.

Bathroom fan very noise, public noise is loud, no appropriate night light, door to the outside of the building, didn't feel safe as a mom staying with kids, security guard on site, window checking after dark.

The property is an average Red Roof in my opinion. I stayed here on a night ahead of a move to a convention site across the highway on a sudden decision to attend. (Basically more than half the price.) Accommodations were basic with no real issues. Staff was friendly enough to make me feel comfortable. No real deterrents to prevent me from staying here again. I'll just plan and prepare financially to be on site for the full convention in the future.

I AM NOT USE TO HAVING HEATERS AT THE SEALING WHEN IT IS KNOWN THAT HEAT RISES, IT TOOK 5 HOURS FOR MY ROOM TO HEAT UP. I AM A TRAVELING NURSE AND ANY HOTEL ROOM I HAVE STAYED IN HAS ACCOMMODATIONS OF A MICROWAVE AND REFRIGERATOR MY ROOM HAD NEITHER, I WAS INFORMED THAT ONLY THE LARGER KING BEDROOMS HAD REFRIGERATORS AND MICROWAVES. I WAS NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH MY STAY AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND RED ROOF

This property and staff is garbage, inconsiderate and unfair. They are quick to collect money but can't communicate efficiently
