Ini adalah hotel terbesar yang pernah saya tinggal di. Aku lebih dari 'sama sama' hotel dan kagum pada keagungan Wellesley. Tentu saja, Anda bisa mendapatkan 'megah' di banyak tempat tetapi tidak ada yang memiliki kelas, sejarah, dan lokasi tempat ini. Itu sangat menyenangkan karena saya seorang Kiwi dan menghargai warisan tetapi saya juga menyukai keanggunan tangga, tirai mewah, panel kayu ek abadi, kursi wingback yang ditempatkan dengan baik, langit-langit tinggi dan plester hias. Di atas semua ini, hotel ini tepat di tengah kota, memiliki bak mandi (selamat datang setelah hari yang dingin) dan mungkin handuk paling putih dan paling lembut dalam sejarah handuk. Itu tenang dengan tempat tidur yang sangat nyaman (dengan cokelat di bantal tidak kurang). Staf yang ramah dan jelas memiliki harapan yang tinggi dari kebersihan karena bersih.

Prachtig hotel met een mooi verhaal. Sfeervol. Kamer is van alle luxe voorzien. Goede locatie in het centrum, alles is op redelijke loopafstand (van het Te Papa, het centraal station tot aan de veerboot).

The Wellesley is a modest but charming older hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are big and even more important quiet. Jess at the front desk is sweet and welcoming. Don’t expect frills, but a good night’s sleep and convenience to the wharf, shopping and Sky Stadium are a real plus.

We loved our stay at the Wellesley Boutique hotel. A very attractive and spacious room. We especially appreciate the service of the after hours manager who went out of his way to heat up some food for us.
Parking situation was a little unclear and we were not expecting to use a public parking building, with the attached costs.

Middle of downtown. Convenient for hopping to the ferry. Parking in nearby garage so initial luggage haul was a bit cumbersome. Reception was friendly and room had the old time England feel with high ceilings.

This hotel has a charm all of its own in a city with more modern types. The room was everything i could have asked for. Very clean and comfortable with every facility that suited my needs. Throughout my stay i found the staff both friendly and helpful. On an early arrival the reception took care of my luggage and ensured that it was taken to my room and ready for me after check in later on. I was informed that my room was ready by a simple phone call so that i didnt have to hang around waiting. This, i was told, was a standard practice even though i have never had this in other hotels. Be aware that this hotel does not have a room service at this time but there is a cafe on the ground floor although i am sure that uber eats can be ordered from your room phone. Well placed in the CBD close to rail and bus services. If you like your old world comforts, give this hotel a try.

What a delight to see someone maintaining this architectural treasure. Location was so convenient to the train station and Wellington downtown. And the staff was great. It was a short visit but will definitely consider it for a future trip.

Very efficient service, with minimal person-to-person interaction due to my hours. Front door is not too welcoming. Room nice and spacious, if a little worn, but they are updating. Overall I would recommend it.

A lovely quirky old hotel close to railway station and CBD. Spacious, comfortable room with nice antique furniture, comfortable bed, beautiful new bathroom with bathtub as well as shower. But for the price I would have thought they could have reception open beyond 8am-5pm. Swipe card in a locked box to get in after hours. Overall happy with my stay
