There were bed bugs and I woke up with a rashes on my thighs. Please note that the shower is also transparent. The location is also near a lot of homeless people and nearby neighborhood does not feel as safe when compared to city centre.

Very clean and nice hotel, staff was helpful, although the hotel was not in city centre it was well connected by public transport

The location is excellent, a 5-minute walk to the train station for lines U3 & U6, and convenient for major attractions. The room is spacious. Facilities are good, but not sure if it’s typical for European hotels not to provide toothbrush and toothpaste, so remember to bring your own. The fridge isn’t cold enough, and dairy products spoil easily. The hotel staff are friendly. Would consider staying again.

+ Close to Vienna Weatbahnhof. 5min walk. Breakfast was good and the windows even to the street direction very silent. - They should really clean the filter of the A/C. You can see dust and other stuff clearly even from outside.

Rooms aren't huge but ok, very hot though and had to keep windows open all night

Very nice hotel to staying in close to metro station. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is ok mostly cold foods. There’s gym and sauna but no swimming pool. The only down thing is the shower doesn’t have curtains, it’s clear see through glass as everyone can see you’re naked.

Очень удачное расположение, рядом с западным вокзалом и в пешей доступности от центра города, множество трамваем также в 3-5 минутах. Это большой отель, и, наверное, поэтому такой же бездушный, как все большое. К странной планировке номера я была готова, неожиданностью стало, что у зеркало в ванной совершенно тусклый свет - как краситься - не понятно. Номер вообще какой-то неуютный. До этого жили 5 ночей в другом отеле буквально на соседней улице, там было уютно и душевно. Завтраки тоже без огонька. На trip.com указано, что для детей до 17 завтраки бесплатные, при оплате на ресепшен сказали - половина цены, пришлось показывать бронирование. Спасибо большое Мариелле, она разрулила ситуацию и помогла при выезде распечатать билеты на поезд. В общем и целом, отель неплох, он похож на большой бизнес отель, как в Японии, но все же мы в центре чудесной Вены и хочется чуть другого вайба)
