Ulasan Sleep Well Youth Hostel

Really close to the station and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The small room wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t have enjoyed staying in a large room with no privacy but I think that is preference. At night I was in the common area, and bed bugs started crawling out of the cushions. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I freaked out and told my roommate and we checked our dorm like crazy looking for any signs and we couldn’t find any in our dorm. I hope they fix this issue soon, otherwise Id recommend staying anywhere else.

Unfriendly staff, never stay here again. Kitchen is small and not equipped, huge hostel but did not care about the guests.

Location is good, near the shopping centre and Grand-Place Grote Markt. For the backpacker it's a very good hotel, because breakfast included. For the traveller who want to have peaceful sleeping, that may not suitable for them.

Lovely welcome from reception when checking in, very helpful. Very pleaeed with the facilities and breakfast was fantastic, great selection of food and drink. Very close to Centraal station. Would definitely stay again

Delivered above expectations. If I had to complain about something is that the room was very warm. But solved by opening the windows.

Staff were very friendly with good facilities overall. My room was satisfactory level clean. However, it was so unbearably hot and im someone that copes well in heat. No fan or AC and a very small window that opened a couple of inches. Moreover, the noise outside the windor and from people in the corridors did not make for a good night sleep. Good location to the city centre which is well within walking distance.

It was an okay property and the staff were really friendly, but the cleaning could be kicked up a notch and the noise from the bar downstairs was so loud - although granted it didn't go on for that long. For a budget stay, it's pretty okay.

Good location just inside the City centre ring road. Close to the main shopping area and less than10 minute walk to the Centre and the Grand Place. Staff friendly and breakfast exceeded expectations although dining area very busy / crowded. It is a hostel so be prepared to share a table with fellow travellers. Rooms not air conditioned so very hot making sleep difficult in July. Not possible to have window open during night as too much noise from multi storey car park across the road.

I actually slept well! Good thing it’s in the name of the hotel! It was a little warm in the room so it could use some more ac maybe? I’d hear neighbor guests chattering and laughing around 11.30 pm or something, but it went silent around 12 so I was not bothered much. The check-in was a little confusing, why did they need to papercopy my ID? Breakfast; I liked that it was healthy, could have had more variety in terms of cereal, like müsli maybe? I prefer breakfast with grains, raisin and maybe hazelnut? The baguette was great and things like salad and cucumber 👍 I saw another 2-star hotel in Belgium Had different types of chocolate ”butter”, similar to nutella but belgian ones…to go with the croissant or sandwich. Chocolate feels like a belgian thing 😄 I liked the location, I didn’t need a taxi to the hotel. The entrance was neat and I liked the little hangout areas.
