Nice hotel up slope from CBD. No gym no pool but got free hot tub! Lakefront room not really direct unobstructed lake view so it's quite expensive for the price. Lobby views are amazing. Breakfast expensive. Room generally big.

This hotel was at a great location, close proximity to central Queenstown including Bars, restaurants and activities. Everyday house keeping made it even better. Great services, highly recommended 💯

A very beautiful hotel which needs a bit of uphill walk for about 15 mins from the town centre. There're no shops restaurants in the neighbourhood but one can eat at its restaurant or room service. The room itself is very spacious, clean, well equipped and our room overlooks the lake which is great. The pickup point for Milford Sound tour we joined is along the street in front of the hotel (Stanley Street). I tried the buffet breakfast which is so so with limited choices. Overall I love this hotel especially the price is great compared with other hotels at the very central location.

Did the job for us. Convenient location and great value for money in comparison to others. Would stay again :)

Room was okay but needs a good cleaning. My daughter had an asthma attack because of the bed topper

We LOVED our stay at this accomodation. The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and even upgraded our booking to include a mountain view room and breakfast. Thank you! It is close to town and along the bus line making it very easy to get around. The included breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Lakefront was a beautiful hotel! We spent two night there. They have a spa that you can book to use for 40 mins! And it does have a nice view from that area. The one downside to our stay was I did try extend or stay by one night as the driver wasn’t feeling okay but the hotel said that the room was available, then went out back to check with a manager about something to come back and say they had none available. Once I arrived back to the room I was called and offered the room for another two nights but that’s all they could do??? I ended up looking back online and was able to book the room there for one night at an even lower price than offered. We ended up by booking somewhere else for the night as we didn’t find that respectful towards us. (We are both early 20’s) Other than that we did have a good stay there was a little noise the first night we stayed and a couple of loud people but we understand that MardiGras’s

有guest laundry, 嚟兩副洗衣機嘅按鈕冇咗兩副乾衣機只有一部有按鈕, gym 非常簡陋, 四星酒店遠唔畀紙巾盒, 價錢夠平,王后鎮至平的酒店, 只能講不過不失,酒店地理環境非常好在湖邊風景美麗, 如果要房間對正湖景就非常昂貴

有自己的停車場，15刀一天。環境特美。 早餐前台服務生服務不咋地，不讓坐在餐廳裏面，衹讓顧客密密麻麻的擠在門口那裡，餐廳裏面座位風景好，能看到雪山，並且還空了一大片。不過我沒理她。快到10點的時候就開始提醒顧客快點吃，説早餐10點結束。早餐服務確實一般，跟隔壁的假日酒店形成鮮明對比。不過安排房間的小哥很給力。房間景色太好了。 總體來説瑕不掩瑜，還是推薦的～

1.酒店的後面步行幾分鐘就可以到湖邊，景色非常好。 2.旅行團比較多，所以大型巴士就很多。停車場有些緊張。好在旁邊通往湖邊的一條路上可以免費停車，還比較方便。 3.由於有三棟客房樓，每棟樓有走廊連接。但是通往大廳的電梯衹有一處，所以想從大廳離開酒店，找路找電梯就頗費了一番功夫。更巧的是不知是電梯故障還是怎麼回事，我們還被關在了電梯裏。通過電梯內的緊急電話聯繫到了酒店的不知是哪位工作人員尋求幫助。對方一直要求我們告訴他被關在了哪部電梯裏，否則無法提供幫助。天哪，就算我們是英語母語恐怕也説不清楚吧，更何況是如此複雜的酒店佈局。更讓我無法理解的是，對方似乎感覺無法解決，主動掛斷了電話。。。我們就在這種無助的感覺裏被關了大概十幾分鍾，電梯莫名其妙的恢復了。然後就沒有然後了，沒有道歉，連解釋也沒有。這段經歷讓我們很不舒服。第二天我們聯繫了攜程反映這個問題，攜程處理的迅速且高效，相比我們使用過的其他平台，攜程的服務是最好的。 4.從酒店對面的一條路下坡，步行大概十多分鐘，可以到皇后鎮商業比較多的地方，晚上也有麥當勞和便利店等還算方便。

給了一間湖景房，清晨醒來拉開窗簾，窗外的景色超乎想象，太棒了 房間也足夠大，設施雖然不是很新，但是足夠温馨
