Great Location , close to tube and many restaurants around. Lovely rooftop. Only downside : éternal waits for the only 2 elevators and very irritating that staff for 1 floor , empty handed Blocks takes the elevators instead of stairs. All rest good

Perfect location, close to everything ! Just the hotel is under construction and some rooms are not available on my arrival date, sent me to another sister hotel which is not too acceptable.

The location is excellent, but the service was subpar. There was no designated drop-off point for our transport, and finding the entrance was challenging. Upon arrival, we had to carry three large luggage pieces up stairs while the reception merely stared. The hotel door was heavy, and housekeeping repeatedly left items in our room, such as a black rubbish bag one night and gloves another. Overall, there’s a need for significant improvement in service and cleanliness.

Staying at this hotel was very good. I am very impressed. The location of the hotel is very good. Good service staff. Breakfast has a wide variety to choose from and is very delicious. If I come to London next time, I will stay here again.

Excellent location. 30 seconds walk to China town. Best location in London or even UK. Hotel has a nice roof top bar worth going. Friendly staff. Room is a bit small but ok for this location

衞生條件感人！床單有污漬，馬桶蓋沒清理乾淨，浴巾有污漬，我的天啊，定的3000多一晚的房間衞生程度這樣子，太可怕了。 另外我定的是高層，由於去晚了一點點，給了3樓沒窗户的房間，本來我都忘了自己定的是高層，準備開發票才發現是自己付了錢並沒有拿到適合的房間。不過reception的帥哥服務很好，我第一天想更換到有窗户的房間，他帶我去看了剩下的唯一一間房，不太滿意，我又回到了3樓了。因為我是一個人住，這個小房間除了沒窗户，光線、面積啥的都挺好的，如果兩個人住就有點小了。 這個酒店就在Leicester Square中心，樓下就是唐人街，一百米處有超大的lego、M&M門店，步行十來分鐘可以到大英博物館、蘇豪區、covent garden等，離威敏教堂有一定距離，走個20分鐘左右也能到，打車也在10鎊以內。 自助早餐不算豐富，但可以點單，鬆餅挺好吃的。 工作人員都很熱情很nice。 如果追求衞生水平，不推薦這裏，不過整個英國估計酒店水平也不會特別高了，這一家放在國內還比不上希爾頓。如果追求地理位置，這還不錯。如果追求性價比，性真不高，不如住遠一丟丟打車還更省錢。我連定了三天，有點後悔。
