It was ok

海峽旁邊的酒店，餐廳在6樓，酒吧在7樓。風景無敵（可以看我的照片）。酒店中規中矩，隔音一般，週末酒吧音樂，隔壁打撲克和爭吵的聲音可以聽到。😆🤣😉服務員很熱情，為了小費搶着服務。如果你沒給小費的習慣，服務就不熱情了。打掃衞生放一點小費，打掃的比你親媽還乾淨，不給小費就一般般。哈哈哈。

Sehr schöne Aussicht,Lage ist perfekt am Bosporus.Sehr nahe Galataport,Beşiktaş.galataturm auch sehr nah.

Sizden deniz manzaralı deluxe suit oda satın aldım fakat o oda deniz görmeyen binanın çatısını gören 1. Katta bir odaydı ve resepsiyona söyledim ve başka deluxe suit olmadığını söyledi mecburen standart deniz manzaralı görselle ve satın aldığım oda tipiyle alakası olmayan küçücük bir odada kaldık mayıs ayında 10 günlük İstanbul’da olacağım aynı sorunu yaşamayacağımın garantisi var ise bana dönüş yapılsın lütfen oteli konum manzara ve temizliğinden dolayı tercih ediyorum yoksa bir anlamı yok

Centraal gelegen, mooie uitzicht, heerlijke ontbijt, aardige medewerkers.

Het hotel is prima voor een kort verblijf, maar verwacht er niet te veel van. De locatie is erg goed, dichtbij restaurants en het openbaar vervoer. Onze kamer rook helaas naar sigaretten, wat jammer was. Over het algemeen een oke verblijf als je vooral een goede ligging zoekt.

Konumu güzel olan , odaları temiz olan bir Hotel . Personelin herzaman kapida iyi karşılaması iyi niyetli olmasi gitmiş yerine suratsiz tehditli yardim etmeyen bambaşka personele dolmuş. Birgün Hoteli uzattık 2 hafta önceden ve hergün defalarca hatirlattik fakat aşağıdaki personel bizi kovmaktan beter etti , ve rezervasyon /uzatma yapmadiniz dedi defalarca hem iftira atti hemde yalan söyledi benim inatlanmama karşı gelemeyincede artik mecbur uzatti birgün . Hersene geldiğim hotel ve senede 2-3 kere hep kaldığım Hotel den ilk kez hic memnun kalmadim eski personelleri mumla arar oldum . Minibarda hersey ücretsizdi simdi sise su bile parayla olmuş . Kahvalti yerindeki 6 ci kattaki personellerde kafamiza fincanlari gecirmedigi kaldiydi zorla yapıyolar islerini

Geweldige hotel met een top locatie. Ontbijt was perfect uitzicht was perfect. Zeer zeker een aanrader.

The only good thing about this hotel is the view — everything else was quite disappointing. Here are the reasons why: First: We originally booked a room for two people with two separate beds. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with one double bed. We showed them the confirmation that clearly stated our request for twin beds, but the receptionist claimed that the agency we booked through never sent them the updated details. Even though we had the confirmation in hand, they refused to provide us with a room with separate beds. Second: Housekeeping threw away my personal toothbrush for no reason. I have no idea why they would do that — it’s unacceptable and careless. Third: The noise coming from the neighboring room was unbearable. There was loud music and singing until the early hours of the morning, and we couldn’t sleep. We complained to the reception and asked them to handle it, but nothing was done. Fourth: The breakfast experience was also unpleasant. The staff at the restaurant never smiled or greeted us warmly. It felt like we were unwelcome guests. We had to call them several times just to get a cup of tea — and the place is quite small, so it shouldn’t be that difficult. Moreover, the vegetables served were not fresh, and the simit (Turkish bread) was extremely hard and clearly not fresh. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, no matter how beautiful the view is. The service and management are simply not up to standard.

A 4 star hotel in a very good area in the center of Instabul.Service of the hotel in all the areas is terrible!!I do not really know how they get the 4 stars!!Staff in the breakfast are unskilled ans impolite.The staff in the room service is lazy.The staff in the reception can not speak English One of my worst experience ever.Do not book in that hotel.
