The hotel looks new and the facilities are maintained well. The breakfast is ok, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was a pleasant stay. Live band was a highlight. The only mark down is that there isn’t clear separation of smoking and nonsmoking area in the bar. I was torn between wanting to enjoy the live band but want to stay away from second hand smoke.

Very new hotel. Buffet is especially good. Although the hotel is slightly far away from city centre, the metro is just right next to the hotel.

Hardware is splendid, software is subpar. Instead of a warm welcome during check in, we got a "cold and robotic" reception which is not something we would expect from a JW Marriott label. Maybe good help is difficult to recruit these days 😒

You would expect a 5 star hotel to be clean and provide excellent service… however we were disappointed especially after my friend recommended me to stay here since he was here a month ago. First thing I noticed was a wet floor after entering the guest lobby, thankfully they cleaned it after I told them. Second was our room was not clean, other than the basics like clean sheets and bathroom but the main table wasn’t wiped and they didn’t even vacuum the floor (especially the carpet) at check in and the day after. When we were checking in, the reception staff did not even inform us of how to access the wifi (maybe it is assumed to be common sense) nor did they let us know that we had late check out, had free mini bar soft drinks and we also had no welcome note (these small touches may seem minuscule since the TV says welcome however you would hope that an extra mile is taken at a great brand like JW Marriott). I hope these issues are able to be rectified for other guest, after all information and attentiveness is king in the service industry. The location is also not the most central but that is a personal preference given my short trip! I will have to give a special mention to the male receptionist that helped us a lot with our alipay, thank you again 😊

suggest to allow the guest open window in a 10 centimeters length, as a new hotel strong smell is normal but take hotel maintenance prior to guest comfort is not right. There’s always a way to make both sides happy i.e. do not seal the window at the first half year of opening. In room dining is always a challenge to a new hotel but guest wouldn’t care when they received sloppy lasagna, over night taste fried rice and warm smoothie. Same level hotel room service in Europe and US are fresh and crispy, in China seems very straggle to make same standard.

端午節期間定了兩晚行政大床 均價1500/晚 假期溢價吧 酒店硬件不錯 很新 床很舒服 但服務真的跟不上 給人一種摳摳搜搜的感覺 1. 行政酒廊包含的小零食和下午茶非常敷衍 飲品方面除了幾種果汁咖啡無其他選擇 平時衹有一點餅乾糖果 下午茶時間多一兩種三明治 然後就沒有然後了 住過很多五星酒店的行政房 酒廊這麼小氣的還是第一次見 2. 入住不提供迎賓水果 打電話問也是沒有 夜床服務也沒有任何食物提供 衹給你把拖鞋放床邊就完了 別的啥也沒有 3. 早餐人巨多 食物供應不能及時補充 水果都搶沒了也沒有再加 想試個當地特色肉鬆捲餅告訴我要等20分鐘 因為前面為五六個人排隊 也沒有説給你記下桌號一會兒送過來 最後也沒吃到 打掃衞生收盤子的車就在你面前走來走去 恍惚以為自己來到了food court 4. 入住的客人很多感覺素質堪憂 搭電梯不知道先下後上一窩蜂先擠進來 穿着酒店浴袍在大堂走來走去的也有 早餐取食物不排隊 使勁搶的這些也是比比皆是 甚至有帶孩子的家長讓自家小孩在行政酒廊裏撒野的 光着腳踩在吧枱上都有 也沒有服務員管管 5. 晚上11點左右健身房的櫃枱就沒人了 那一層也並不需要房卡才能上去 很多非住客甚至可以都可以暢通無阻 一個核實身份的工作人員都沒有 中門大開存在安全隱患 6. 酒店位置距離市中心有點距離 打車基本半小時起 下雨天走去地鐵站也不很方便 大家自己斟酌 總而言之 這個價格在長沙相信會有更多更好的選擇 沒有下次了

酒店裝修硬件環境和服務都挺滿意,攜程定連住兩天送早餐非常有性價比,位置近地鐵也算方便,樓層高視野好,晚上可以看夜景,洗漱用品是不是萬豪統一的和喜來登一樣,覺得可以提升一下,床墊挺舒服的,枕頭默認矮的不是那麼舒服,我看床頭能選枕頭沒有換,來長沙會再選擇這家

入住48層,風景很好。 出門200米地鐵,節假日坐地鐵到了五一廣場上不去。哈哈,趕上西二旗了。 歡樂時光晚間開胃熱食:味道很好,種類不多,但是很精緻,米粉比三層的好。可以看到遠處的橘子洲。 雙人自助下午茶:非常適合玩累了回來休息,更多的是為了用户自發的宣傳為主。 電梯速度很快,耳朵有點痛。 房間的TWG紅茶不錯。 水果沒有贈送,出了問題後才補償了一份。 房間衹有四瓶水,不夠用。 浴巾都是三人份,這個方便很多。 房間設施很好,窗簾不錯,自動兩層。 電子鬧鐘實在多餘,存在bug。 續航很好,還有浴鹽,孩子洗了兩次。 酒店的管理整體很好。服務意識很強。 入住的時候房間價格比之前還降價了,可能是因為連續下雨吧。 説下三樓的早餐,這個沒有任何特色,很一般,談不上同價位的好或者特色,突出,沒有。 最不理解的是八點半去的,告知沒有餃子了,好吧。 米線,米粉,沒有長沙特色,尤其是牛肉蘿蔔鹵料,蘿蔔居多,牛肉很硬。不好吃。這個需要提升。一進三樓餐廳門,就能感覺到海鮮的腥臭味道,這個和35樓的前台比較,反差太大了。需要改進。

讓我認真點評!主動點評!的酒店不多! 從開業到現在,住了好幾次了。越來越滿意! 特意看了一下之前入住JW的點評,哈哈~這次入住前台有和我説明,打包的早餐份量比較少。好像22年的時候我就點評過。這次的早餐分量並不少,衹是,或許是缺了一瓶水或者一杯酸奶。也有給酒店提建議,房間的迷你吧是否可以放牛奶?另之前幾次入住,都有歡迎水果和甜品,但是這次沒有。本人是甜品重度愛好,所以,入住沒有,開夜床也沒有的時候,就有點想念。 第一次入住雙床房,1.4米的雙床,夫妻兩帶了1.75的兒子入住,一點不逼仄!建議帶孩子出遊的爸爸媽媽們都來住萬豪!如果是單獨或者情侶出遊的,非常推薦JW的套房!!!絕對比瑞吉的更NICE!雖然同屬萬豪~酒店前台很好很好呀!又讓我們延遲退房,退房後還讓大大大孩子在行政酒廊休息吃小吃!很感謝!再來長沙,還是JW!祝越來越好!
