Ulasan Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport, an IHG Hotel

Good hotel for a one night stay and for the price. It is pretty old and would definitely need a refresh but it was clean overall. I’ve waited more than 40mns for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport, so be patient. Plus, and like most of the hotels that are close to the airport, it is quite noisy, especially during the night (I believe that the flights stop at 11:30PM).

Hotel it self is very closed to hotel. As they have their own schedule shuttle van to pick you up. For the transfer passengers is absolutely a good option. It is safe too

Overall is good, location is good for early flight next day.

Hotel is good since I has shuttle bus to adn from the airport. The breakfast that can be purchased separately is quite good. Staff is alright. The problem is this hotel really requires innovation and clean up. The curtains in our room were covered with mold. I wouldn't stay there again.

Check-in front desk lady not friendly didn’t even smile didn’t feel welcoming. Booking include 2 breakfast but were told the price I’m paying did not come with breakfast, overall disappointing.

pretty old but clean. there is a restaurant but not good just ok for food. the mid age asian lady in dront desk is not rude but not nice.

This hotel never mentioned that only 21+. Up are allowed. During the booking process, it says child friendly. You will only know the age restriction after you book. So it it is a wasted booking! They do not allow change of guest name or even cancellation. What a waste of money. Avoid this hotel at all cost

Room: Clean. Bed very comfy. Keurig coffee machine not working. Location: Near to main road, very noisy at night. Hotel lobby: Coffee available at lobby for guest.

Very convenient location and check in is smooth. The room is a little bit outdated but in general is good value.

A very nice place with good services. The room condition is good, clean and tidy. The shuttle bus service may refer to the schedule provided.

Room is clean and spacious. We stayed at the sixth floor so that it is not noisy due to the nearby highway. The courtesy bus to and from the airport and hotel is helpful. No nearby convenience shops around the hotel.

I arrived two hours before check in and was going to ask if it was okay to hang out in the lobby, I was pretty tired. The desk just went ahead and got me checked in. It was a pretty decent location. My only complaint is…this is going to sound weird but my desk was leaking water. It had a frosted glass top cover, I think there was a bad seal in-between the top cover and the desk top and some condensation was occurring. Water would drip out when I put any weight on it.

Locationwise, the hotel is close to San Francisco International Airport. It provides shuttle bus to and from the airport. There is restaurants inside the premises and around the area. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly..

It was nice comfortable stay. Free Airport shuttle makes it very convenient to reach the hotel for layover. Thank you for the convivence and pleasant stay.
