"Very clean, hygenic and spacious rooms, Decent food not far from shopping mall, Most city point are close by. Good for leisure or business traveller. Staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely think this hotel rated **** is the right choice"

gym close too early,.it should be opened 24 hours. room sound proof must improve also. and toilet floor quite slippery.

So good to stay here. We will come back again. Staff service is really good. The location is really convenient. The hotel is clean. The bed is so comfortable.

Hotel is next to Central Plaza and UD town very convenient to get around. Service was excellent My only grouse is the walls are quite thin you can literally hear your neighbours as they speak and the noise from nearby disco can be heard.

I was given a half price deal for breakfast when I checked in.Next morning they said it was a mistake. I said ok I will go elsewhere for breakfast. It took half an hour of arguing to get my money back.They said we will refund you if you give us your credit card details. I said NO,I paid cash so you give me the cash back. As I said, half an hour later I got the cash. Is it a credit card scam...BEWARE.

It's been a while since last I was there. The hotel is in a great location,but I think the rooms can do with some refresh. It's abit dated and the shower bar was loose and can't hold the shower head in place. For a premium brand hotel I expect better upkeep
