Great location — close to the mall and plenty of food options nearby. The room was clean and the service was excellent.

This is a good standard hotel and well centrally located. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a large choice for both Thai and western visitors. The main restaurant was good with a varied international menu and the service staff friendly and personable. The hotel lobby food supplied by the Wuff and Munch restaurant was disappointing and lacked any flavour. The amenities in the hotel were generally good with the gym being very well equipped. The entertainment in the hotel used to be very lively but now seems to be reduced to a single piano player and lacked and true atmosphere. The hotel cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful and provided a good cleaning service. I was charged for a small glass breakage caused accidentally by my son cleaning his teeth oat checkout although not a significant amount was disappointing considering my stay was for 15 nights. Unfortunately this type of checkout experience leaves a negative impact upon leaving the hotel.

My second time here. What an amazing stay. Clean and spotless rooms. The view from room is very good and gives a relaxing vibe. Seamless checkin and staff are very friendly. The breakfast needs special mention here. Starting from local cuisines to western food, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Don’t miss this place if you are in Udon Thani

Convenient hotel located in the heart of the city, just 1 minute to the shopping mall.

Spent a night here and wish we could stay longer! The hotel is very nice and clean. Great services, friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and what we liked the most was its location. Right next to the mall which makes it really convenient.

Super impressive, a lot of facilities compare with price I paid, I’m so happy. Lobby is the best thing, sauna and hot bath are very good.

Staff are friendly, professional, and accommodating. English is spoken at the front desk, and check-in/check-out are smooth.

I recently stayed at the Centra Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is truly unbeatable – central, well-connected, and perfect for exploring the city. While the hotel is a bit dated in some areas, this is more than made up for by the excellently equipped fitness area. For exercise-loving travelers, the gym is a real highlight – clean and with everything you need for a solid workout. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I would definitely return, especially because of the location and the great fitness area.

My parents were so happy and excited with hotel decorations and amenities around the hotel like bar swimming pools gym and hot tub. Breakfast is sooooo good with variety of food like local food, drinks , salad, noodles, western food, no need to find anywhere else. If they are request for deposits just do in cash. One thing is to worry about just aware of mosquitoes at the bar downstairs.

I stayed at this hotel in udon for business . The hotel has a good location near the plaza mall . The room I was giving was big with a comfortable bed and ok pillows. The wifi worked well and the staff ware nice .  If your in udon and are looking for a solid hotel choice  Then I would recommend the Centara Hotel . The train station is about a 5 minute taxi ride and the airport is approximately 10 to 15 minutes away.
