Didn't travel and they didn't at least charge me for one day and refund me the remaining days. Refused any kind of refund.

They need to revised their policy in terms of refund.

Very near old city, relaxed dinning room for rest and meal.good services of the staff, very helpful. If my two person room windows can open for fresh air is better

What an amazing place! The breakfast has great coffee(s), fantastic yoghurt, olive oil, cheese， and so much more! As healthy as can be!

This place has a good breakfast , very Israeli style. May not suit everyone's taste though. The scrambled eggs run out quick so be sure to wake up early. If you have a heavy luggage and you are staying in a mix dorm, the flight of stairs will kill you. However, if you booked a female hostel , there is a lift. Book in advance many nights in a row for discounts

Very big hostel I ve stayed in private room - Small ,but functional Breakfast was great , for this priy Activity every night Tour opportunity appreciated

The hostel in general is good, the staff are helpful and its location is highly convenient. However, the cleanliness requires a bit of improvement.

- living area: the bunk beds look old but the room is spacious (i slept in a 8 bed room located at the basement) - toilet and shower: they have public and private (located in your room) toilets and showers. The public toilets and showers are smells abit but the private toilet and shower are great. The only "troublesome" part is to warm the water before showering - Food: amazing breakfast option! I highly recommend their breakfast (kudos to the chef) - Events: the company is pretty wild and fun, they hosted an halloween party when i was there, pretty awesome

The 4-person room is spacious and has windows. The bedding is hygienic and the bathroom is separated. The service is thoughtful and answers all questions. Facilities: elevator up and down, a total of three floors. The breakfast is rich and free. The transportation is very convenient. The bus stop at the entrance of the hotel, two left turns is the intersection line.

The restaurant is large, the food is delicious, and there are many convenient facilities. The staff are also friendly.

The location is in the city center and the transportation is convenient. It is within walking distance from the west wall of the old city, three stops by light rail (short distance), the room is hygienic and clean, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The service is enthusiastic.
