Ulasan DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield Park

Hotel bersih yang bagus. Sarapannya enak lebih baik daripada hotel lain yang pernah saya kunjungi baru-baru ini. Anda tidak perlu memesan waktu untuk sarapan. Satu-satunya hal yang mengecewakan adalah ketika saya pergi untuk sarapan, saya diberitahu bahwa pemesanan saya tidak termasuk sarapan ketika itu terjadi. Itu memalukan. Saya harus menggali email saya dan menemukan pemesanan saya untuk mengkonfirmasi saya tinggal termasuk sarapan. Sesuatu perlu dilakukan tentang hal ini karena tidak baik untuk diberitahu bahwa saya tidak membayar breaky ketika saya melakukannya. Namun secara keseluruhan itu adalah hotel yang indah.

Had to pay additional £5 per person to use the pool area. Had to pay £1 room deposit. This wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking.

The room is freezing cold as the AC is not working in our room. Manager brought a portable heater but it also takes ages to heat up. I asked for additional duvet and no action was taken at all. Very disappointed.

We were issued keys that failed to open the door forcing us to make our way back to the front office. Our room, by the way was last on a long corridor on the upper floor of an extended wing if you can picture that. We booked (and paid for) a room for three but upon entering, the extra bed was not made up. Tried to call every number on the house phone but none was answered which meant another long walk to the front office, again. When we found the drain in the shower clogged I was hesitant to complaint to avoid further disappointment but I did anyhow and true enough - nothing was done. I must admit the hotel had one of the widest selection of tea and coffee (and chocolate drink mix) I've seen in a hotel room. I appreciated the coffee but unfortunately, restocking was only done once throughout our 4 night stay. I wonder if this was to be expected. Double Tree is a respectable brand (at least in my part of the world) but I don't understand what could have gone so wrong with this one.

Hotel location excellent with free parking. Didn't use the restaurant so unable to comment. Room was clean as was bath room area. However flies in room and in bar area couldn't relax and enjoy the trip. Hotel seemed a little run down. Staff were polite and very courteous.

位置距離商場很近，服務態度很好，很乾凈酒店離火車站遠，去市區也遠，比較像莊園，房間還是比較趕緊的。。

部屋は非常に綺麗で居心地が良かった。スリッパがあると申し分がないと思う。ホテルのバーも食事も美味しかった
