The Air Conditioner was not cooling well .
Tanggapan dari Properti: Thank you for your stay.We sincerely apologize for not giving you a satisfactory stay experience.Recently, the temperature difference between morning and evening has been large.The on and off time of our central air conditioner is 16:30-23:00.You can call the front desk in advance if you need it next time.We can also ask the guest room center to place an electric fan for you.Sorry again.

good service at the reception and also at the restaurant. Good breakfast and nice location just a couple of meters away from the exit.

Hotel is mostly for local tourists. Facilities for foreigners on-site are limited. Very nice restaurant on the 4th floor. Important to mention barbecue house hotel next door for late dinner.

Our hotel currently provides wedding banquet boxes, meetings, dining, and confinement center receptions.Maybe there happened to be a May Day wedding banquet when you checked in. I'm sorry for misunderstanding. Next to our hotel is the World Trade Mall, which can satisfy your shopping and dining needs. There are also cinemas, KTV and other leisure and entertainment. The hotel has a central location and is next to a large shopping mall, so there is everything you need within a few minutes of walk. The room is spacious, and is on the 23th floor, so it has a good view and quiet. The hotel is well-equipped in general. The staff were friendly and efficient. The most remarkable thing is the breakfast, it has such a wide variety of both Chinese and Western food that you can hardly avoid eating too much.

I spent several nights feeling hot trying to get the temperature low so I can sleep. I fall asleep in frustration and wake up in the middle of the night hot. I asked how to get the cold air to work and they said they don’t have cold air AC in the rooms. They said they could bring me a fan and a bucket of ice. Seriously? I pay for a camping experience in a 4 star hotel. If you need AC, avoid this hotel.

I visited Jinhua to see my friend and this hotel was in a very convenient location where I could go to the mall or restaurants very easily. The facilities were also very clean!

The location is very convenient. It is next to the World Trade Plaza, so shopping is no problem. There are also many late-night snack shops around at night. At the end of March, when the cherry blossoms are in bloom, there is the International Friendship City Park less than 2 kilometers away. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom and it is super beautiful. The breakfast is also good, and the staff has a good service attitude👌

As a repeat customer, I communicated with the staff through WeChat before booking and wanted to reserve the room I stayed in earlier, but the staff did not respond. After arriving at the hotel, I was given a smaller room. After communicating with the front desk, I changed the room. Overall, the hotel is OK and the transportation is convenient.

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful. I arrived in Jinhua a little late and called in advance to help turn on the air conditioner in the room. The location is superior, the transportation is convenient, the room is relatively large, the view is good, comfortable, and cost-effective. I am very satisfied.

The location is excellent. There is a shopping mall right outside the door. Parking is convenient and transportation is convenient. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The service of the front desk lady and the room aunt is warm and thoughtful. It is a very satisfactory stay experience. I will choose here next time.
