Ulasan Le Bellune Paris

I stayed here for a couple of nights from the 7th to the 9th of August. During my first night stay, I had a very unpleasant experience with the night receptionist. I returned to the hotel after watching an Olympic table tennis match that finished at around midnight. After showering and washing my hair I found out that the hair dryer didn't work so I phoned the reception to ask for help. The receptionist told me that there was nothing he could do as housekeeping was closed. I told him that I couldn't go to bed with wet hair but he repeatedly refused to help. After a long argument with him on the phone he eventually came up to my room. On entering my room, his manner was aggressive and he was more interested in scolding me than trying to fix the hair dryer. It wasn't until I told him that I would demand a full refund of my room rates before he fixed the problem. The lengthy and frustrating process of dealing with this guy kept me up until 2am. The following day, I filed a complaint with the manager who promised he would investigate the matter. The way I was treated by this night time receptionist makes me feel that there was an element of race and gender discrimination as I am an Asian woman. I'd like to think this was a bad showing by one individual staff rather than the general service level of the hotel. The other staff of the hotel seemed friendly and helpful.

I think this is quite a "best bang for the buck" hotel in Paris.

It's a bit far from the city but the room is bigger than other similar hotel in Paris. Require 200 euro deposit when checking in

The hotel decor is nice. Nevertheless, we were charged 300 euros of deposit when we checked in and got charged another 500 euros after we checked out. The hotel staff could not explained what the 500 euros was for, which we had to write email to the hotel and haven’t got a response yet.

位置好 50米 地鐵站，基本都是老外住 ，非常推薦，自己來巴黎也都是住這裏 非常喜歡的一個酒店 ，總體評價物美價廉

Hôtel très bien situé en face du parc des expositions et à proximité des métro et tram. Personnel très agréable Chambre très bien équipée, spacieuse et confortable

因為參加展會來巴黎，第二次入住這個酒店，很乾凈，而且也感覺很安全，上下電梯都需要刷卡才能進去，展館就在酒店對面，真的是非常方便。每天早晨自助餐的熱巧也很好喝，也喜歡自助餐的牛角麪包，每天必吃。

房間2個人夠大，安靜，乾淨，服務好。下次去巴黎還回去這家酒店。

地理位置不錯 由Metro 行到酒店只需5分鐘 附近亦有tram 接駁 交通很方便 酒店樓下亦有很多不同射餐廳 亦有超市 酒店非常新淨企理 亦有冷氣設備

衞生：非常的整潔乾淨，還帶浴缸 服務：前台的服務員都非常的好，而且英文説得也很好 設施：酒店很新 環境：對面是會展中心，離地鐵站很近，去哪裡都挺方便

房間很舒服，泳池跟健身房很高級很讚，早餐非常好吃，可以寄存行李，離景點位子也不遠，大廳的咖啡館很漂亮，咖啡好喝

Chambres très agréables et quasi neuves. Le SPA gratuit est un vrai plus ! Cependant, le service laisse à désirer, manque de professionnalisme

可以看到艾菲爾鐵塔一角，房間算大 是一間蠻新的獨立飯店 沒有提供衛浴備品及拖鞋 需自備 地點比較偏遠 樓下是酒吧晚上出入的人比較複雜
