Ulasan Hotel La Gemma

Best thing about this hotel is centrally located. 3 mins walk to Duomo and other places in no more than 10 minutes. The room was a bit small than I expected. Interior decoration is classy with all high quality luxury materials. Breakfast was quality but not a buffet. Bed was great. Staffs are helpful.

The La Gemma is a wonderful place to stay in Florence. Staff was very helpful & gave us a nice upgrade when we checked in for our second stay there. They also put a bottle of chilled champagne in our room to celebrate my birthday. Also enjoyed the lovely spa & rooftop outdoor lounge area with amazing views of the city. Will definitely stay there again.

The rooms are small , is not quite a luxury 5 stars hotel. But location is the best.

A beautiful luxury hotel that has been open for less than two years. Breakfast is excellent with a choice of three menus. The refrigerator and minibar are free, and water is provided for the number of guests every day. The location is very central, so it is convenient.

Everything is good, except that there is no hot water. I can't even make tea. The service is very good. The location is excellent. There is a welcome drink at the entrance. I will stay here again next time.

Very exquisite boutique hotel. As soon as you enter the door, you will be taken to the bar and served a welcome drink. Excellent location. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is also very rich.

Very bad experience, one of the hotels with the highest city tax in Europe, and each room has a different charge. Only two people are allowed to stay in a suite, and if you bring a baby, you have to pay an extra person fee

The room is relatively clean, with complete facilities and Italian 🇮🇹 decoration style; the location is excellent, in the city center, and it is easy to walk to the main attractions of the city; the safety factor is relatively high, and the service attitude of the staff is relatively good; a small episode: I don’t know why the lights suddenly went out at night, and the hotel staff handled it immediately after informing them. It’s not bad. The stay experience is OK. The overall price-performance ratio is average. For your reference only. 

Except the small room, everything else is good
