That was an amazing experience. Service is quick and nice. The staff is good. Cleanliness is excellent. We enjoyed it a lot. They welcomed us in such a unique way, I liked it a lot. I hope you will also enjoy the same.

Although the property is ultra luxurious but it lacks amenities which you expect from a 5-star resort. There aren't many activities to do. The worst thing is their service. The staff is untrained. Slow in action. Parking is open.

This hotel was grand! The most beautiful I have experienced in India. We had this welcome ritual where Rajhistan hats were placed on males and bangles on femals, it was so cute. The room was royal and fortunate for us a wedding was held on the same day, so the place was beautifully decorated with flowers and lights. The breakfast and dinner were superb. It was my birthday and they even brought a cake for me ♥️ I give this hotel an 11/10!

Bestest place in Jaipur. Enjoy luxury ambience at its finest. From stay to food everything was so perfect that i am not left with any words to describe.

Royal experience

all perfect more than our expactation we love spend more time and more ocassion in the same property we like pool,Gym and spa all international standard

Maharaja experience in a plushly appointed room with huge tub and bathroom. Staff were polite and attentive. Food was great with Rajasthan specials. Deducted marks as loud music was allowed late into the night that affected my rest on the first night after a long journey, despite my call to request to tone down. Was not alone hearing from colleagues the next day.

Food is best. But customer service for housekeeping phone guy is poor. Called twice for bathroom slippers, never delivered. Hotel try to save pennies under plastic saving program. Newpaper stand is empty untill 11.00 am. Not a good reply from staff abt when they will have it.

An impeccable stay at Fairmont Jaipur. I spent a considerable amount of time deciding where to stay in Jaipur. I did not make the wrong choice. This is not a hotel, it’s palacial. The welcome is outstanding and the service is remarkable. The staff go above and beyond their way to make your stay comfortable. They are so respectful and kind, always willing to serve and assist. We stayed in a signature room which is magnificent with outstanding views and the bathroom is dreamy. It was my birthday so they prepared my room with petals and a cake which was a very thoughtful touch. The choice and quality of food at breakfast, tea and dinner is fabulous and I enjoyed all the various choices. We loved the evening entertainment and the snacks. We were very happy to spend our evenings there relaxing in the bar area and the restaurant. I had a massage the spa which is fabulous. I found it difficult to navigate through the buffet, items are very difficult to find; cutlery, various food items you need so found myself constantly asking for things which is a little time consuming. We had a room with an adjoining door and could hear all the conversation from the room next door which I reported but no one seemed to address our concerns which was also dissatisfactory. The other most significant issue was being overcharged for laundry. A small bag of clothes cost £75 GBP to have laundered which is appalling. When I tried to address this I was faced by a rather unhelpful lady at the front desk who then asked me to unpack my bags at checkout to show her the items which I found unacceptable. Overall I would recommend Fairmont to all my friends and family, special thanks to Abhinandan, Rajkumar and Sandeep for making the stay extra special. Thanks again.

Great hotel and awsum hospitality Specially Mr praveen from room dining. He is great person and very good in serving . Always ready to serve .. enjoyed a lott .. food was very good in taste and break fast buffet also has a vast variety.... Excellent service

We came on 24 June and had welcoming and very warm stay. I booked a gold king room and got access to Gold Lounge where Rakshit, Ankit and Akriti served us well, they made us great Cocktails and coffee. It was great and comfortable stay. Must Visit

The impeccable service and hospitality of the staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of the staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat.The Hotel was conveniently located and was easily found. The Large Rooms made movement within the room very comfortable.The best part about the stay was the mouth watering and mind boggling food which was a treat to mouth. It is a must visit place with great staff. A no. of things like Swimming Pool,Spa,Gym etc added to the element of entertainment. I would surely recommend the place for a 3-4 day trip.
