Ulasan Haoxing Hotel (Shenzhen Airport Huangtian Subway Station)

The pictures must be taken 10 years before our stay. The room we booked was supposed to have 30-35m but the actual room was no more than 20m. The staff were somewhat friendly but extremely passive. The room looked primitive and the lack of maintenance was evident. Lid of the water boiling pot was broken. Patches of paint on the walls to cover whatever that needed covered. Toilet seat had disgusting stains. I had to clean with a towel and our own sanitizer before I would use it. I also sanitized all surfaces before putting anything on them because they simply didn’t look clean. The strong cigarette smell was very persistent. The pillow cases were obviously not clean as hair was all over them. I asked front desk for clean cases and replaced them myself. Don’t plan to stay there again.

Had a reasonable stay. Staff was cooperative. General maintenance and cleanliness needs to be taken care off. TV and hair drier were not functional.

The hotel is near the airport but only if you plan to reach it by taxi / didi (15 min) . By public transport or walk is not that near. There is no toilet paper in the room. Also no shampoo. It is cold. There is a window with no curtain and there is light ar night. The bathroom and room in general is not very clean. Sometimes it can be very noisy. But at least the price is good so there is not much to complain about 👍

Pros: near the airport Cons: room was dark, stinky, not so clean (the bed was ok though). Aircon can't be adjusted, even at 27 °C blows freezing air. Loud road traffic. No English spoken at the reception. Bathroom gets flooded when showering.

It’s was worst experience I have ever faced. Front desk boy straightforwardly refused to allocate the room the that I already reserved. But he wanted me to pay more if I need upgraded room, he was smiling whenever I asked why I can’t get the room that I had paid. He give me another room that was literally badly damaged and zero clearance. When I talked to Trip.com customer service then I couldn’t get satisfactory answer neither solution. Trip.com customer service also suggested me to accept what hotel is offering me. That unbelievable. I’m diamond member on trip.com because I always prefer to use but I never expected that trip.com will give up on customer’s satisfaction. Here is some proof. If this happened to you then what’s your opinion? Leave comments and tell trip.com to support their customer instead of hotels.

The staff is very nice and very cooperative. I really enjoyed staying here and I would like to come here again.

We booked a cheap non smoker room for two and ended up in a room with a heavy smoking smell, ash tray next to the bed and a sign smoking prohibited. The room was quite spacious but there was almost no light in the room. The single light bulb was just barely working. Also to mention was the very hard mattress which the bed provided which was hard to enjoy. Otherwise the room and hotel was quite fine for a budget friendly option.

Reasonable place for Reasonable price. Clean. Helpful boss. Near metro

This is a really budget place, and it shows. The rooms are smoking, so expect that someone before you will have smoked in there at some point. The floor of the bathroom area was a constant pool of water in my room, and I was unlucky to be next door to an inexplicably noisy room of presumably drunk men ... The walls are thin. It's a roof over your head near the airport, that's about it.

Hotel is very cheap. So if only stay just to rest a few hours is ok. Room not the same as picture.

This hotel is very cheap but is in quite poor condition and wasn't very clean inside the room. It is close to the airport

For a few hours stay it was totally fine. Not recommended to stay overnight. The room ventilation and sound proofing wasn't that good. But for that unbearable cheap price, i cannot complain. Location is nice, very close to subway station. The boss was friendly tho, especially hard to come by a freindly someone in Shenzhen.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I was surprised there was elevator. This eased the burden of carrying my luggagees via staircase.
