We had a wonderful stay in the hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool and view is amazing. Only topic to improve is to let the people eat and drink at the pool bar to enjoy the views as this bar isn’t open and nothing served.

A great pool view on the mountains, good assistance with taxi and a delicious morning buffet.

We stayed in a very clean and comfortable double deluxe room on the 6th floor. Bed was maybe a little hard, but still cosy thanks to the fantastic duvet. Our room had a decent view towards the mountains in the north-west. We paid the small extra charge for buffet breakfast when booking, and were satisfied with the choices of food available. Breakfast is taken on the 10F, and this restaurant has nice views towards the ocean.

The hotel was ok. Not all the staff members were able to speak English but they were attentive. Rooms are normal, not very big, the cleaning of rooms is not super great, it could be improved. Gym very small, swimming pool with weird opening times.

The hotel room is trendy in design, comfortable and clean. It is located in city centre and there are lots of restaurants around it. The breakfast is delicious.

One of the better and newer hotel in tautung. But maintenance needs to improve as it doesn't feel new anymore. Especially the pool bar But Staff are generally friendly. Good location.

親愛的 The ***a 飯店管理團隊您好： 我過去曾入住貴飯店，留下了非常美好的印象，因此這次特地與朋友再度造訪，希望再次享有同樣的舒適體驗。然而，這次的住宿過程卻與第一次有明顯落差，讓人感到相當遺憾，也希望藉由此信反映實際情況，作為貴飯店服務品質改善的參考。 首先，報到當天辦理入住後，我們準備搭乘電梯上樓，但等候時間接近 10 分鐘。原因是有一大批遊覽車團客同時湧入，他們帶著大量行李擁擠在電梯門口，導致現場混亂。當終於輪到我們搭乘時，一位團體的導遊竟然又強行塞入更多團客，完全不顧電梯內其他客人的舒適與安全，電梯內非常擁擠，令人感到壓迫與不便。當時並未看到有任何工作人員在現場協助疏導或指引。 另外，貴飯店主打的無邊際泳池原是我此行最期待的設施，為避開人潮，我特地選擇在早上使用泳池，卻仍遇到以下問題： 1. 有一對父女在池中尖叫嬉戲，孩童不斷發出高頻尖叫聲，完全未顧及其他住客的安寧，且持續時間頗長，但現場工作人員未有任何提醒或勸導。 2. 另有一群外籍住客在池邊跳水、嬉鬧，行為較為奔放，其中一位女性甚至在尚有多張空躺椅的情況下，直接坐在我原本放有毛巾的躺椅上，毫無詢問或禮貌，對此我感到非常困擾與不受尊重，但同樣未見工作人員出面協調或處理。 整體而言，這次的住宿經驗與我以往對 The ***a 的良好印象有明顯落差。特別是在 公共設施秩序管理、團客動線安排與現場人員的即時應對能力 上，確實還有進步空間。身為回訪的客人，我真心希望貴飯店能重視各類型住客的使用體驗，在未來加強現場人員的應對培訓與秩序維護，讓每位旅客都能享有應有的舒適與尊重。 謝謝您撥冗閱讀這份回饋，也期盼未來再次入住時，能感受到更細緻與貼心的服務品質。

飯店的位置很好，頂樓有遊泳池，晚上看出去夜景不錯。 租gogoro的機車，第一台品質不好，安全帽有點老舊，反應過後，更換一台機車還不錯。

酒店地點在台東市最熱鬧的地方，鐵花村在旁邊，鄰近正氣街夜市，頂樓有游泳池，眺望整個台東市夜景，非常漂亮，早餐則是普通。
