Location was amazing. We came to go to a concert and enjoyed food at the blaze bar and some drinks and stayed at the hotel. Beautiful hotel and amazing staff and great food!!!

I wish there were a bit more attention paid to decoration (my room was very bland) but the bed was very comfortable and the stay was nice.

The services at this hotel have really decreased in the past few years. There is no longer breakfast included. You cannot get room service past 10PM, despite there being a restaurant onsite that is open until 11PM/midnight (depending on day of the week). Coffee is gone from the lobby before noon, the only USB port in the room was on an alarm clock which didn’t work. Blow dryer overheated within 5 minutes of use & there was no replacement available. Had to leave in the winter with wet hair. The rooms are clean & the staff are friendly but I’m disappointed in what the hotel has to offer now & what it has eliminated.

Staff in every area have been outstanding. We needed an early check-in and were accommodated without hesitation. Had an excellent lunch in the Little Chief restaurant served by a friendly and knowledgeable server.

Best hotel Ive stayed so far! Room is big and spacious. Everything is so clean and smells good. Hotel has amazing hot tub and pool. Staff are nice and friendly. Also, convenient if you get hungry as there are restaurants inside. Highly recommended! Would definitely go back again.

We stayed 4 nights to watch our daughter compete in figure skating. It is a close drive to 7 Chiefs arena, and not too far to downtown Calgary. The gym and pool were excellent, we only saw other people there on one morning. The room cleaning staff were very friendly, happy and did an amazing job. We did notice the front desk staff were a bit cold, they answered our questions, but that’s it, not very friendly. Overall, worth it for the price. The Little Chief restaurant after about 7:00 just gave us warmed up food, not good. The pub in the ****** had excellent Asian food. We wish we discovered it sooner.

We enjoyed our stay. We ate at the buffet. The prime rib medium rare was so tough . It was hard to cut into small bite size pieces. I could not chew it. The check in staff and check out staff were great. There was one staff when I asked him a question . The answer was abrupt and in a rather rude tone. There was no need for that. Overall we did enjoy our stay and will stay there again.

Amazing room and it was great and comfortable. Its also very quiet the you dont hear anything around you. The staff is amazing. They are approachable, friendly and super helpful!

Dining room service and food were very good even on this busy morning. Room check in was good and room was clean and adequate. Beds do need replacing. Everything else I was very pleased with.

In My room there was a very very loud HVAC unit it kept running all night long and kept me up. Then at 230am the fire alarm went off and had to vacate the building only to find out it was a prank. The general facility is very nice and the staff is very friendly i just was really disappointed in the lack of sleep because i had a 7 hour drive the following day and i wanted to be rel rested.
