We stayed for 2 days in this hotel in the first week of Feb-2025, just after Chinese new year holiday. First I booked a standard double room, then a deluxe double room separately. The deluxe double room (476 CNY) is better as compared to the standard double room (426 CNY). Standard rooms are definitely not worth booking for that price. However, the hotel owner is a very nice person to chat with us.

Ok location. Bed and a TV. Not super friendly, the window doesn't close properly and no lock on it.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from bangla road and close to the beach. Staff were pleasant and the room was ok.

Casa Jip is on a small soi just off the main street but close to Jungceylon, Bangla Rd., OTOP and Patong Beach. Staff are very kind and helpful. The room was large and everything worked well. The shower was very powerful and the bathroom had all the needed facilities. I only stayed one night, but I had a good sleep. Would recommend to people seeking a value for money hotel/guesthouse in the centre of Patong.

Great stay at Casa Jip, it was a 10 minute walk to Bangla road but far enough away that there was no noise issues, the owner of the hotel was incredibly helpful with recommending and sorting out some scooters for us to rent.

Short distance to eatries.. to walking street.. to central shopping centre.. lots of shops for minor shopping.. lots of massage parlours.. thumbs up.. Bed is nice.. no extra pillow.. water pressure is good.. no toothbrush n toothpaste were given..

The room is big and comfortable to sleep in. However, the pillow is a bit small and causes neck pain. Overall, I like it. It is convenient and comfortable.

The hotel is very good in terms of price/location. Friendly owner. Deluxe room 503 on the 5th floor had a normal view, partly of the mountain. The hotel is tired and has seen better days) But I was prepared for this. Cockroaches were killed in the room twice, which is very sad. It means they are frequent guests there. Cleaning was good in terms of changing towels and washing floors every day. They made the bed and changed the bed linen regularly too. Otherwise, a C. Half of the lighting in the room does not work, many burnt-out bulbs - did not bother us. It would be good to do a general cleaning everywhere, replace the toilet seat, it is very shabby. You need to get used to the appearance of hot water in the shower. In terms of soundproofing - there is none) be prepared for anything) Although the hotel is non-smoking, the smell of tobacco and something stronger lingered in the room. But it was quiet to sleep, sometimes when the lonely male neighbors moved out) In short, it's good for the undemanding. We only went there to sleep, it's fine for us.

Conveniently located 10 minutes from Bangla Road, but on a more street. The hotel is old, but well maintained. The biggest minus is the bathroom. The toilet did not flush, the walls were painted a long time ago, they look bad. Large cockroaches were cut out of the sewer and shower drain. The room itself is large, the bed is large, but the mattress is hard and uncomfortable. We were there for 1 night, it was ok, but next time I would choose something else

Photo a little different from reality, but good location and low price for Patong. Very quiet hotel despite its close location. However the bedding would deserve to be changed because very bad.

Hotel in the very center of Patong. Despite this, the room is quiet. The room is very spacious, clean, cleaned every day. The furniture is old. TV with basic channels in different languages, including Russian. Upon check-in, they take a deposit for the key of 1000 baht. Returned upon checkout.

The furniture is old, the shower room is very small and uncomfortable, the walls in the bathroom are simply painted((a so-so room, for a stay for 1-2 days. But it is quiet due to the location.
