Whenever we plan a Jaipur trip, Pride Amber Vilas is our first and only choice. The beautiful heritage-inspired architecture, peaceful vibe, cleanliness, excellent location, and warm hospitality make every stay truly special. The resort is also very conveniently connected to the Ring Road, making it easy to access while still giving you the feeling of staying at a beautiful property with all the modern and luxurious amenities. The staff is extremely supportive, courteous, and welcoming. I would especially like to mention Ms. Sapna, who served us at the Bandhni Restaurant. She was exceptionally courteous, polite, and attentive throughout our experience. Her warm and professional service really added to our celebration. To make the occasion even more special, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a complimentary birthday cake for my wife, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Overall, another wonderful stay at Pride Amber Vilas! ❤️ Thank you to the entire team for making our visit memorable. We look forward to coming back again and again whenever we are in Jaipur. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect blend of heritage charm, luxury, hospitality, and a peaceful stay in Jaipur."

"A fantastic hotel, far exceeding my expectations. Located in the heart of Jaipur, it's a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Stepping inside felt like entering a paradise. Converted from a centuries-old royal palace, the hotel boasts beautifully designed surroundings and architecture. It features a large lawn teeming with birds; peacocks were even foraging nearby – simply wonderful. Since most guests are tourists, there are free evening shows including puppet shows, music, dance, and horseback riding. The breakfast is plentiful, offering both Indian and Western options. The restaurant is housed in a century-old establishment with an exquisitely opulent interior. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in in India, bar none. While not cheap, it's absolutely worth every penny. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Jaipur!"

"I booked last minute the room for 3 adults and paid for the room accordingly and got the confirmation for it as well. At check-in I was told it was only for 2 adults and I need to pay extra charges. Very disappointing experience at the reception overall where receptionist insisted that it was 2 even though I showed confirmation for 3 and I was left with no choice but to pay. I would recommend more flexibility and listen to the guests first rather than proving them wrong."

"I stayed at Zo Selection Jaipur for just one day, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the worst decisions. The place looks appealing online, but the reality is completely different. The room lacked basic essentials — no proper toiletries, no towels, and overall poor upkeep. It felt like more focus was put on aesthetics rather than actual comfort and functionality. Cleanliness and maintenance were also not up to the mark. What made the experience worse was the overall management and service. There was a clear lack of coordination, and the staff didn’t seem helpful or responsive when needed. To top it off, I didn’t feel safe or comfortable during my stay, which is a major concern when choosing a place to stay. This was especially disappointing because this is not what you expect from a property associated with Zostel. The brand usually stands for a certain level of quality and experience, which was completely missing here. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the stay."

"The location of the hotel is very convenient. The market is extremely approachable from the hotel. The food is very good and we thoroughly enjoyed the lavish breakfast buffet. However the restaurant staff was not very good with their service and had a minor attitude problem. The rooms are small and have hardly any extra place to move but all amenities were first class and well appointed. This is absolutely recommended as a premium budget stay in jaipur."
