"Stayed 3 nights, but felt it wasn’t enough. Our experience at shahpura house was over the top - from their manager to housekeeping staff - all were extremely sweet. Travelled with family, so i wanted everything perfect and it eventually was. Breakfast buffet was amazing too. We spent most of our time in the swimming area and gaming area playing pool. One of the best bootique/heritage resorts!"

"I stayed at Zo Selection Jaipur for just one day, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the worst decisions. The place looks appealing online, but the reality is completely different. The room lacked basic essentials — no proper toiletries, no towels, and overall poor upkeep. It felt like more focus was put on aesthetics rather than actual comfort and functionality. Cleanliness and maintenance were also not up to the mark. What made the experience worse was the overall management and service. There was a clear lack of coordination, and the staff didn’t seem helpful or responsive when needed. To top it off, I didn’t feel safe or comfortable during my stay, which is a major concern when choosing a place to stay. This was especially disappointing because this is not what you expect from a property associated with Zostel. The brand usually stands for a certain level of quality and experience, which was completely missing here. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the stay."

Situated just 10 mins from the railway station and city Centre with major tourist spots such as jantar mantar, hawa mahal and various local markets. Only thing not recommended is the private cab agency sitting there for sightseeing (not part of hotel)."

But what if *** is expected to pay for minibar items at checkout that *** didn't even use? And then they even haggle over the price? I thought this was a hotel, not a bazaar. "I have travelled across India extensively on business, stayed in countless hotels, and experienced kitchens of all kinds. But my experience at The Fern Jaipur has been, by far, one of the most disturbing when it comes to food quality and hygiene. Here, unfortunately, “uncooked meat” seems to have become a speciality rather than an exception. And then come the surprises you never ordered— threads in your food, tissues in your juices, and, on several occasions, plastic particles in fruits and soups. I personally encountered plastic particles 4–5 times. What worries me even more is the thought of how much one might unknowingly consume when such foreign particles camouflage themselves against the colour of the food. And if you are dining alone, don't worry… the buffet may have its own little guests waiting to accompany you. I have personally witnessed cockroaches around the dining area—and even seen them feeding on food at the buffet before guests were served. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that these concerns were personally reported by me to the F&B management repeatedly over the past year. Yet, despite raising these issues, I have seen little evidence of a meaningful or lasting improvement. A hotel can compromise on luxury. It can compromise on ambience. It can even disappoint you with its service. But food safety should never be negotiable. Behind every plate is a guest's trust. Behind every buffet is a responsibility. And behind every kitchen is an obligation to protect the health of those who eat there. My only hope is that the management finally looks beyond complaints and looks inside the kitchen itself. Because when guests start wondering not “What am I going to eat?” but “What might I find in my food today?” — something is fundamentally wrong. May God bless everyone who dines here, including the many foreign guests who place their trust in this establishment. Regards."

A great addition is that they've recently onboarded two more restaurants within the premises, offering guests a wider variety of dining options without having to step out. The food at Pavilion was delicious, with excellent quality and taste. A special thanks to Chef Balam Singh Negi for the amazing culinary experience and Amit Dhakarey from the support staff for his warm hospitality and prompt assistance.
