Ulasan Holiday Inn Sydney Potts Point, an IHG Hotel

Meskipun hotel ini dimiliki oleh Holiday. Tetapi semua orang tidak boleh berharap terlalu banyak dari hotel di Australia, bahkan dengan merek liburan, mereka masih relatif tua, dan peralatannya relatif tua. Kondisi sanitasi tidak buruk. Kondisi lalu lintas hotel relatif baik, dan sangat dekat dengan CT, hanya 1,5 kilometer ke Hyde Park dengan taksi, lalu ada stasiun kereta dalam jarak 500 meter berjalan kaki. Layanan hotel tidak buruk, jika Anda tidak memiliki persyaratan tinggi untuk peralatan hotel. Tinggal di sini masih menjadi pilihan. Meskipun hotel ini berada di King's Cross Street, namun masih relatif sepi dan tidak begitu ramai.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in over the past few years. The room facilities are outdated and broken, and the bathroom shower feels like it’s from the 1980s. The street is very noisy at night. Don’t be fooled by the pictures!

The hotel location is great, close to metro and the major attractions of downtown Sydney

Excellent location. Room was huge and service was excellent for the most part except for the night shift staff where a certain female frontdesk service staff falsely indicated that the hotel does not provide basic amenities such as comb or slipper when we requested for it when our baggages were delayed and we needed these basic neccessiities. On the flipside, the other members of the team were very accommodating and helpful when we were seeking assistance to locate our baggage.

Hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the train station. Great value for money.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with my family. My children & grandchildren. We had 2 x rooms. We arrived early on a wet cold day, and they allowed us into one of the rooms. Which was fabulous, made our day so much easier to leave our luggage in the room. The staff were lovely, breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has an ideal location just next to the Kings Cross station. In walking distance to the down town. Room was spacious and tidy. Can recommend.

Old style but clean Big room.. With 2 large queen size bed and 1 sofa bed. Enjoy staying here as a family of 5 people with kids, will surely come back. Easy to get foods, walking distance to train station, near supermarket, but perhaps crowded on weekend since its opposite of clubs and so. Safety box not working well, but finally they change it after 3 days. Internet not good, ask to front office but unsatisfying answer, but finally better after handle by other staff and it's after 3 days. Overall its good and great 👍

Fantastic experience. Couldn't have been happier for my 1st time in Sydney. Room have a great view of Sydney Harbour including the bridge and opera house. Breakfast was great. Lots to see and do around the hotel and a metro stop at the entrance of the hotel

Good location. You can see the harbour bridge and opera house directly from the room. Breakfast is quite good. Highly recommended.

Great convenient place to stay in Sydney. Next to Kings Cross Triab station , plenty of buses or you can walk . We would happily stay again. The breakfast included was a great addition

Very good service and location is very near train station. Convenient to travel inside the city.

Both check-in and check-out were a negative experience. On check-in, the reception staff attempted to charge me again for my already pre-paid room. On check-out, service was slow, with one of the reception staff making calls instead of attending to customers, and then serving someone who just walked up to the counter rather than serving those waiting in line. This behaviour is quite rude. Apart from that, a very good stay in a clean, spacious, well-equipped, quiet room with a great view. Room service breakfast was excellent, being a generous serving that was delivered very quickly. Great location right next to Kings Cross Station, and with numerous restaurants nearby and a supermarket across the road.
