Ulasan City Join Hotel (Guangzhou Dongshankou Metro Station,Quzhuang Metro Station)

Weird smell in the room looks a bit not clean, kinda noisy feels like you are at construction site, not easy to use toilet it’s really close to the basin theres no enough space for your leg to sit comfortably even I’m not tall, we couldn’t use WiFi because of them technical issues, checkin wasn’t so smooth too…

The Hotels Service is excellent. The Check-In process was easy and the room is up to Standard. When I first arrived they seemed to have forgotten a few things (water Shampoo and so on), but quickly brought it in the afternoon. The Hotel looks quite nice and also has a lobby. But a few things in the room seem old and the room was located right next to a construction site. Still I slept comfortably. Area was otherwise in the middle of yuexiu / Tianhe and therefore a good resting point fot any other travel activities.

Good place if someone wants to travel across Guangzhou.

The hotel service was great, they didn't speak much English but did all they could to accommodate to us. The rooms are a little small but they are very comfortable, the only thing was the bathroom not working properly but the front desk manage that quickly. Would recommend!

我住在二樓,五晚. 打掃衞生的阿姨工作特別認真負責，每天都將房間收拾的乾乾淨淨.出於環保考慮，我不想每天更換新毛巾浴巾，白天外出時就將用過的毛巾浴巾搭在椅背上.每天回來都疊得整整齊齊放在毛巾架上. 這種認真負責的工作態度，非常贊！

房間很好，各方面都滿意，服務也好，好找，唯一一個不足就是房間能再大一點就性價比完美了，洗手間倒是很大 床舒服，每次睡得好 多次入住了，這次沒有照片了 旁邊的惠食佳不用排隊叫到客房來吃也不錯，多次下單了

好評 服務：前台和搞衞生的阿姨都很有禮貌，而且都能迴應請求 位置比較好，離地鐵站幾百米，在廣交會期間的價格也能接受 不太滿意 設施：比較齊全的設施，但是花灑真的太舊了。。。水花四濺 衞生：比較乾淨，但是床單有點舊了，因為有印子。。。

酒店地理位置好，離出差辦公地點非常近，前台服務好，房間內整潔乾淨，還有機器人送餐，整體都非常舒適便利～

訂房前看圖片很乾凈敞亮，入住打開門有點失望。晚上衞生間馬桶會咕咕冒泡，早上醒來枕邊突現幾根長頭髮，這床上用品是不換的？ 第一次對入住的酒店超出自己預想！

在城跡酒店的入住體驗超出了我的預期，從我踏入酒店的那一刻起，就能感受到他們對細節的極致關注和對客人的真誠關懷。酒店的裝潢現代而温馨，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適至極，讓我一夜好眠。特別要提到的是前台小芳，她的熱情接待和專業服務讓我印象深刻。小芳不僅迅速幫我辦理了入住手續，還主動提供了周邊旅遊訊息和餐廳推薦，讓我的旅程更加豐富多彩。酒店的早餐也非常豐盛，品種多樣，滿足了不同口味的需求。無論是商務出差還是休閑旅遊，城跡酒店都是一個理想的選擇。感謝小芳和整個團隊，讓我的這次旅行如此難忘！
