We requested for a connecting room and our request was granted. It was convenient for us to stay in a connecting room with my kids. The room was old, it was not renovated, there was a strong leak from the aircon at night so we changed room the following day. Again, we got another connecting room in another floor. This time the room is a little newer.  I always stay in this hotel whenever I go to Hongkong. The location is very convenient. I will stay here again soon.

First, the male staff at the front desk at night, washing some clothes with more than 300$ dollars I have a bill.I went to the front desk on evening and met a female employee who said that the laundry fee and room extension were staying until Saturday night without a reservation through trip.I thought everything was done until 1:00 am tonight when I came hotel from the play, the door wouldn't open. The reason I didn't pay was because I told the waitress the other day, I paid for everything.Two 3-year-old kids stood outside for an hour waiting for two male employees to handle it.On the day I delivered the laundry, the receptionist asked me to make a deposit. So where's the deposit?please re-teach employees how to do basic work in the service industry. It's not cheap, but it's really frustrating to get that kind of service back.the food around the hotel is not as good as other areas, so consider it when you put it here.

Bed was good, toothbrush and comb are not free. Provided slippers are not fit to use outside one’s hotel room. Due to no Availability of room type got 1 bed instead

Stayed at Holiday Inn Golden Mile recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui with easy access to MTR, shops, and restaurants. The hotel itself is a little dated, but still well-maintained and comfortable. Service was generally good and the room was clean and functional. One small surprise was the daily $10 charge for bottled mineral water, which I later found out is due to a local government policy. Not a big issue, but something to be aware of. All in all, a solid stay—great for convenience and comfort in a central spot.

I have stayed at various hotels in Hong Kong including the Holiday Inn Golden Mile on numerous occasions over the years. As far as location goes the Holiday Inn wins hands down. Until the new Hyatt Regency was built nearby nothing could beat the location of the Holiday Inn. However, aside from the location, the Holiday Inn disappoints in a number of ways. For a business traveler who requires good wifi the Holiday Inn was disappoiting during this trip. The wifi was so bad during my recent three day stay as to be all but unusable.  Additionally, the hot water shower  only had warm water during peak hours and only had hot water during off peak hours. No wifi and no truly hot water just about rules out the Holiday Inn for me. However, the hotel is in such a desirable location and reasonably priced for Hong Kong it is full or nearly full everyday, according the check in clerk I spoke with.

Rooms were as expected. The location is good but it was hard to access if you have a stroller with baby.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to get around. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I found hairs on the bed and even spotted cockroaches on the curtain. This significantly impacted my stay. However, after notifying customer service, they promptly upgraded me to a higher-level room. The new room was significantly better, much cleaner, and more comfortable and I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve the guest experience.

Need to pay for the toiletries. Other than that, location is great with many eateries and Jenny cookies nearby the hotel. Walking distance to avenue of stars.

Great location to visit Hong Kong as the hotel is in the heart of Tsim Tsa Tui. It is also very easy to get to the hotel with juat A21 bus from the airport.

Its conveniently located. Accessible to almost anywhere when the MTR entrance is just beside the hotel. Price is on the high side though.

We booked this hotel for a fun get-together with my girlfriends, and it exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious and had an adorable, girly unicorn theme—exactly the kind of bedroom we dreamed of when we were young. We had a blast staying here, and it truly brought back nostalgic memories. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the MTR, making it super easy to get around. Overall, it was the perfect place for a memorable getaway!
