There are many Xinjiang people and black people near the hotel. These people often stay in the hotel. The food they eat has strong taste and strong smell! The room hygiene is poor, the table is full of oil and dust (pictures prove this); the pillowcases and quilt covers are not clean; the facilities are average, there are not even paper towels on the table; the service attitude of the front desk is average, and I am reluctant to change to a south-facing room. I only gave it when I asked for it.

First of all, the service of the lady at the front desk is really poor. Normally when I walk to the front desk of the hotel, I should say hello, but she doesn't. She just sits there and doesn't look at us. She has headphones on. We tell her that we have a reservation and ignore her, shouting. After the second time, he reluctantly got up from the stool to check us in. Secondly, the hygiene was really bad. It was like he had never stayed here before.
