Staf hotel (Xiao Shang) sangat antusias dan membuat orang merasa sangat nyaman. Lingkungannya juga bagus. Yang terpenting bersih dan higienis. Lokasi hanya sepuluh menit jalan kaki dari stasiun kereta kecepatan tinggi Sungguh ide yang bagus untuk menginap di hotel ini dengan harga ini. Nilai uang yang luar biasa, saya pasti akan datang lagi lain kali saya punya kesempatan.

We chose this hotel as it's near Wuxi East Station high speed rail. It's about 9 mins smooth walk as the area is newly developed that's barrier free. Room was clean, service was good. There's nothing much in the area though. It's only 3 mins walk to the train station which is so convenient connecting us to the touristy areas.

高鐵進站步行十來分鐘很方便。房間寬敞，床也很舒服，幾分鐘的距離有個公園，很漂亮。吃了公園旁邊的一家飯店，團的券，味道好價格實惠。無錫除了高鐵東站的座位不乾淨整個城市都很乾凈。

本來計劃在無錫住兩天的，後來行程有變，又增加了一天，還是選擇了維也納酒店，酒店在錫東商務區夜景還是很不錯，主要就是位置非常好，酒店樓下附近吃飯購物的地方都很多，對面就是九龍倉商業街，全是吃飯的地方，特別方便，吃完可以湖邊走走，感覺很棒，前台服務很棒有求必應

酒店各方面都OK，設施很新、很乾凈，室內不像以前的維也納那樣鋪了地毯會有異味！維也納最給力的就是不用自己帶充電頭，有數據線就可以充電！
