Good prices, good location, average room for solo traveller

Very convinient location next of dowtown. Well organized syetdm for Check in. Would recommend gor 1 or 2 nights with budget.

The location of the hotel is great, which is convenient to most tourists spots! The room is clean and comfortable! The service provided by the hotel is generally good as well!

Great location, surprisingly really clean. Best hotel if you are joining any tour starting from bus stop 12.

There is a common kitchen, When I left the hotel, I found that I had not taken the necklace. They found it and kept it.

Very rudimentary room and facility. It is like a hostel with private rooms. Small room with sink and shared bathroom and shower. Good location but facilities could use some updating.

Location was great and super central. Check-in was swift. There were plenty of toilets and 2 separate showers which were clean. However, in one shower room, the holder for the shower head was broken and so had to hold it whilst showering which wasn’t the best. Common room was clean with kettle, hob,microwave, and fridge. Overall was a comfortable stay for a night.

Location is very central, right across bus stop 9 and walkable to the city centre.

Location is very strategic, can walk to city easily. Just that our rooms is near to toilet, so Abit noisy. Otherwise all is good 👍🏻

Cheapest guesthouse in the town and the location is good. There is a lift inside although it is quite old but still better than manually carrying the luggage to the upper story. Besides, everything is included in a double room with a private bathroom, hair dryer, body and hair shampoo, small fridge, tea and coffee. The only downside is the basin and wc were stuck and the water couldn't discharge. There is a common area at 3rd floor with plenty of seating space, coffee and cereal are free to take. Overall I'm quite satisfied with the stay and I would recommend this guesthouse to any of you.

101 Guesthouse was amazing, right in the middle of Reykjavik and superb location. The guesthouse was also very clean and was livable. Just below the guesthouse you can find lots of food in the area. Parking was however not free, you have to use the street parking. Picture included shows the pantry.

A really good choice for those who want to save money. The hygiene is acceptable.
