Sangat-sangat puas. Saya pasti akan memilih hotel ini ketika saya datang ke Melbourne di masa depan. Manajer wanitanya sangat antusias dan bisa memberikan pelayanan full bahasa cina. Kamar bersih, dapur dan kamar mandi terpisah, ruang tamu kecil, mesin cuci dan mesin pembuat kue semua tersedia. Lantai tinggi, pemandangan sangat luas.

Kebersihannya mengkhawatirkan, saya gatal-gatal saat berbaring di tempat tidur. AC tidak bisa masuk ke kamar tidur dan dingin sekali. Kunci pintu sepertinya rusak dan saya tidak tahu apakah dikunci dari di dalam tidak ada rantai anti maling. Ada noda lama di sofa di lantai yang membuat saya merasa tidak higienis

Pengalaman yang sangat bagus, saya akan tinggal di sini ketika saya datang ke Melbourne!

Akomodasi agak buruk

The windows weren’t clean, which affected the overall impression of the apartment. The bed was relatively narrow for two people, making it a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, during our three-day stay, the apartment wasn’t cleaned even once, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the location was convenient, and the apartment had a washing machine, which was very useful for doing laundry. Overall, while there were some practical advantages, the lack of cleanliness and comfort left room for improvement.

Smelly room, smells like rubbish room from apartment building. Cannot figure out where the smell comes from.

Great location. The reception is really good. Especially the Chinese girl with blonde hair who was very helpful and efficient

Great location, friendly enough from both reception or the cleaner. However, the look and feel of cleanness are the most important facts, wont recommended this apt. BUT as said, the location is great and the price says something already

Only one blanket available. Bed is too soft for my roommate as she has back issues but fine for me. Bed too small. No slippers. Door has no ledge from inside. Besides the rain shower, it will be good to have a shower head that we can hold. Apart from the above, all was good. It had been a great stay. I would recommend my friends to stay here. Love the dishwasher, washing machine.

The apartment was very clean but felt quite stuffy when first walked in. Got nice view in a high rise building.

The location is very convenient and the staff are helpful and friendly. The hygiene level in the room is quite poor since you can see the dust and hair on the floor.

Service was good. Just that we need to go down to first floor and out of the building to call the front desk in order to go to their office, which is at 3rd floor. Other than that, the cleanliness and amenities was better than expectations considering the price.

The room looks new and clean, it smells good. The view is really great. The only thing I dislike is the shower head which was the kind that attached on top of the ceiling, it would be the best if it’s a movable one.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the rooms were not ready till 3.30pm, hence they extended our checkout one hour later Only disadvantage, no dryer within apartment All other amenities were adequate Will consider staying again if dryer is not a major consideration
