Amazing place. Great location (at the end of the old town). Very clean with really nice staff. The owner even offered to drive me to the train station instead of taking the bus. Highly recommend.

Clean quiet and quite cheap for the location. The staff were friendly. However, the included breakfast was questionable for my pallete.

We had two horrible, sleepless nights here. The walls are all paper thin and we heard every single noise all of our neighbors made. People were coming home at all hours of the night and regular conversations were overheard as if they were in our room. Worst of all was the bathroom of our neighbors was right by our heads while sleeping. We could hear EVERY tiny disgusting noise and when they flushed their toilets it was like our heads were in the bowl. The hotel was well located but that means nothing if you can't even sleep.

Very good B&B, right in the main street of the ancient city! The housekeeper was very considerate and recommended places to eat nearby! There are so many things to eat, drink and have fun around! The room style is what I like, simple and elegant! The dry and wet separation is very good, and the air conditioning is also super powerful. After checking out, I was allowed to go to the study upstairs to work for a while. I also had free tea and candied fruit made by Auntie herself! Recommended!

They only told me that there was a parking lot at the south gate according to the navigation, but did not give me any more specific information. But actually when I got there I found it was a huge underground parking lot with many access passages. I had a lot of stuff, and I looked for two elevators in the parking lot, but neither was open. We walked up with our luggage. Just follow the navigation. As a result, I climbed more than 30 steps. After walking for 2 minutes, you still have to go down about 20 steps. I asked my parents to wait while I went to the front desk to confirm the room. Went to the front desk to place the order before asking for help. (I hadn't booked a room yet, so they had no obligation to help me.) Next, I asked the front desk if they could help me carry my stuff. The front desk clerk first asked: How did you get down from there? . I said I called you, but you only told me the parking lot, but didn't tell me how to get up from the parking lot. I would say that if a girl doesn't want to carry heavy things, she can hire a man. If the B&B does not take care of guests' luggage, then please provide clear directions from the parking lot to the B&B. Then when the front desk clerk accompanied me there, my parents had already slowly carried the things down the stairs. Walk to the hotel entrance. There are also stairs. As a result, they were totally unaware of helping me lift it. And from the beginning to the end we never intended for her to carry it by herself, we just wanted to help carry it. As a result, people simply turned a blind eye. I still reminded you to help lift this step. I really admire you. The occupancy rate was not high that day, it was off-season, cloudy, and it was a Tuesday. I've never stayed in a B&B hotel that was like this... And I saw that someone gave a bad review last February about the long distance from the parking lot to the hotel, and they just replied saying that it would be corrected, but after a year, there is no solution at all. Later I saw that parking was free. I was not asked at all when I checked out. I paid the parking fee myself and I'm too lazy to argue. . In short, if you want to be unhappy, come here.

The location and environment of the hotel are very good. It is 2-3KM away from Tongren Station and it takes only ten minutes to get there by taxi. The ancient city is just outside the B&B, so it is convenient to visit the ancient city and eat snacks at night. The guys and girls at the front desk are very friendly. You can feel the enthusiasm of local residents towards foreign tourists when you come out to play.
