Don’t ever book this on Trip! If you want to stay here, book it on its official website instead because there is no front desk as you will receive a code for you to check in instead. I had to make a roaming international call to get my PIN code because Trip didn’t send it to me and it cost me €16 to make that call, not to mention the confusion and hassle. Management should also take blame for this and ensure that if the bookings are made through third party apps, that the customer properly gets the information required. The room itself was very clean and tidy and the location was great as well. There’s a nice Chinese restaurant called Nanking and some other nice bookstores, cat cafe, *** friendly bar etc in the neighbourhood.

They immediately accommodated my unreasonable request to leave my luggage the day before check-in. The free-use washing machine and dryer were a lifesaver on a long trip.

A relatively cheap hotel with a good location. There were many restaurants nearby so we could easily go out to eat. Laundry was free and laundry detergent was provided. On the last day, I had a problem with the toilet in my room breaking down on its own and the water kept flowing, but they fixed it by email.

The heating is not very hot either, so wear warm clothes to sleep. I asked Ctrip to help me find a place to store it, but the store owner didn't know anything about it. If the bathroom floor drain smells bad, you can only cover it with a towel. It's not a bus stop when you go out. Although it's not far from the bus stop, dragging luggage on the snow in winter is life-threatening. There's nothing good to eat nearby. I didn't know the room number, so I called the hotel number, but the staff seemed to be sleeping so I couldn't call them. It says it's a 24-hour service, but in reality it takes 30 minutes just to contact you. +Trip.com also says it offers diamond preferential treatment, but in reality, if you consult that the hotel cannot be contacted, the AI ​​will respond by telling you to contact the hotel. When I was connected to a counselor, I had already contacted the hotel. I told the hotel that I didn't receive an email, called the email address again, and only then did I receive a link in the email. Even after receiving the link, you need to upload your passport and go through additional procedures. I went through a lot of trouble to get the pin code, but the door on the floor wouldn't open. The building's front door and room doors open immediately, but only the 6th floor door does not open at once. This also doesn't open, so a guest on another floor opens it. They tried different speeds several times and succeeded only once. It was the worst because it was so difficult to get into the room. Other guests looked at us and consoled us by saying that they were like that yesterday too.

Very good, but the hotel facilities are relatively old. The room is very big. The Green Vault Treasure Museum is just opposite, and it is very convenient to go to all attractions.

The sink in the bathroom is a bit low. The hotel can walk to the old city, which is not far for travelers, which is acceptable. The room size is quite large and the price is cheap.
