Ulasan Shima Yamaguchikan

After I accidentally booked the wrong check-in date, the hotel was willing to change it unconditionally and the service attitude was very good.

very clean and beautiful place. there were two onsens but the 2nd story one was very pretty as there was the view of the river.

We had a wonderful stay! We especially liked the location - walking distance to small downtown Shima, yet far enough to have less tourists walking around. The hot springs were great, food was delicious (especially if you want to try authentic local Gunma prefecture cuisine - might not be best for children), and the nightly traditional paper story telling was also great. We took a train + bus ride from Tokyo and the local bus (40min ride) from Nakanojyo station stops right in front of the hotel. We will come back again for sure!

お風呂はとても清潔で、掃除がよくされていると思います。たまたま、宿泊の日が地元ではのお祭りの日で、お泊まり客席も交えて楽しませてもらいました。 ただ、所々天井に穴が空いていたり、床が撓んでいたり、建物の傷みが気になりました。 それ以外は、とても素敵なところです。 女将さんの紙芝居もとても良かったです。

お風呂も良くて、ご飯も美味しいし大変満足でした。ただ部屋の金庫がほこりだらけだったのが気になりマした。

更換了房間後，房間是特別寬敞、明亮、舒適温馨。房間面向河流，潺潺流水聲可以解壓。酒店的位置建議開車來。酒店內所有客人都需將户外鞋子放在酒店大堂前的櫃子，這讓酒店顯得非常乾淨。

車を預ける時も受付でもすぐに名前が通じず、しばらく待たされました。氏名が逆でアルファベットであるためでした。大変不安になりました。 どこでもこうなんですかね？ 四万やまぐち館はゆっくり過ごせて、お風呂も気持ち良く、食事も適量で、また行きたいと思えました。

和風で温かい雰囲気の宿でした。

お食事も美味しいし、いいお湯だし、 ゆっくりできました。

Nice location along the river, the onsen offered peaceful setting, enjoyed our evening stroll through the community. Meals were good and plentiful. It was a nice property but not stuffy or over the top luxurious. Staff were excellent and helpful. The room had a very nice layout with lots of room, nice sitting area, nice balcony overlooking the river. An evening walk up the valley to visit the rest of the onsen town is a must, especially for Miyazaki fans. Everyone should experience a ryokan stay. It did not appear that they cater to overseas visitors which was great for felling like you were getting an authentic experience. The customs and rituals that go with a ryokan stay are not intuitive for an overseas traveler, but really should not be missed. It is one of the top experiences when in Japan. We are glad our son was along to explain things to us, it took a lot of the worry out of our stay.

ずっと口コミする所がなく　山口館にはムラムラしてました。フロントの女性の横柄な言い方。お食事処　缶詰開けた様な佃煮魚、　ご飯とお味噌汁を逆さに置き　反対ですよ　と注意したら　フン　とされ　高い金額支払ったにも関わらず　量の少ないおかず。終わりでデザート食べ終わって帰ろうとしたら　天ぷら出し忘れてました。はぁー？ですよね。デザートの後で天ぷら？食べれるはずありません‼️怒って部屋に帰り主人はそのまま♨️にも行かずに寝てしまい　下の方の方が明日　責任者がお詫びにお伺いします　との事で翌日　待っても全く来ず　お土産を買ってフロントで精算してもフロントは知らん顔。天ぷら代返して欲しい位です。温泉♨️はよかったけど　女将がTVのCMに出てるより社員教育した方がいいですよ。温泉好きで全国色々行ってますが最低　旅館だと思います。書込みがなかったのです　ここに書かせていただきます。2018何頃です。いまだに何の連絡もありませんけど（笑😆）
